I've worked w over a dozen benefits brokers in my 25 yr mgmt career and have not seen these many issues w one firm. I had to escalate to VP level and then to the CEO of the company before any headway was accomplished. Geez !!!!! **What problems is Decisely solving and how is that benefiting you?** tried to set up benefits program. Unfortunately both sides decided to end the contract due to various issues. ### 2.
