I like that DealJoy.AI provides a very simple way to start a conversation with homeowners, even if they aren't thinking of selling. It has given me a way to communicate and build relationships for the future. It also builds confidence and trust with homeowners and gives me a chance to be a resource for them. I found the initial setup very easy and Kyler, who I worked with, is a joy and genuinely cares about my success. Plus, it has already given me a significant business result as I signed my first listing agreement with a new seller after just a month of using the program.
