On rare occasions—especially in some of our more rural target areas—we’ve run into minor issues with the area highlights in the automated emails. I like that DealJoy.AI provides a very simple way to start a conversation with homeowners, even if they aren't thinking of selling. It has given me a way to communicate and build relationships for the future. It also builds confidence and trust with homeowners and gives me a chance to be a resource for them.
