What do you like best about Dealfront?

Dealfront has significantly improved our sales and marketing workflows. The platform provides highly detailed firmographic and behavioral data, which allows us to better target prospects and personalize our outreach. We especially appreciate the seamless integration with our CRM system and the user-friendly interface. The support team is also very responsive and knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Dealfront?

There’s little to complain about. Some features—like the workflow automation—require a bit of a learning curve, but once configured, they’re very powerful. We’d love to see even deeper integrations with other tools in our tech stack in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dealfront?

We initially started using Dealfront because of the Target feature, as access to a global contact database was/is important to us and Dealfront offered that. The program has been quite easy to use, and the various filters are helpful in narrowing down the different types of contact information.

We also started using the Leadfeeder feature a few weeks ago to identify companies visiting one of our websites. This seems very promising, as we are now also able to identify from which marketing channels companies are coming to our website.

We have been pleased with the use of these two features, and I have particularly been pleased about the quick help from Dealfront on how to use the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dealfront?

I don’t particularly enjoy the credit system limiting the exports of the contacts, it feels like more work to think about how to make the best use of them.

And when filtering the contacts at the start we didn’t realize that the same email might appear multiple times, but fortunately this was resolved with the group contacts turned on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dealfront?

We recently started out with Dealfront IP-tracking and the Sales Intelligence platform and are very happy about the demo, on-boarding and platform itself. Both Dealfront and Target give our New Business Developers some great tools to effectively do outreach. Our Marketers are still finding their way with the possibilities but are overall very happy with the platform so far.

We use the tools on a daily base and integration is a breeze for everyone that has a Google Tag Manager setup. Although we were skeptical at first, the customer succes manager is a real addition to the onboarding and effective use of Dealfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dealfront?

During the demo you are actively talking to an agent, which ofcourse can be nice and beneficial. I can imagine that this may feel pushy for some people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keeping contact information current is indeed our top priority. We run regular refresh and verification cycles, but certain sources can take time to identify, update, and display across the platform. If you spot outdated records, reporting them in the product helps us correct them faster 🙏

What do you like best about Dealfront?

As a German company, it is important to pay attention to data protection and to handle information carefully. Dealfront offers many advantages here compared to ‘data pirates’ or dubious providers.

I really like the filter and search functions, as well as the integration, for example in the browser and in our case HubSpot. I've been working with Dealfront for several years now and find it very easy to use.

The newly revised HubSpot interface offers seamless integration, even if I'm still missing a few functions.

We use Dealfront several times a day and are always pleased with the fast and solution-orientated support.

The installation went very quickly and was completed within 1 week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dealfront?

I'm still missing a few small details in the HubSpot integration that I think should be given in an automatic interface, but we're talking about the cherry on the cake here.

I notice from time to time that the systems are still quite different in some cases, but this is due to the structure that has evolved and, as far as I know, is currently being revised and harmonised.

Of course, we still find data records that are not 100% up-to-date, but in the current fast-changing job carousel, it is also a Sisyphean task to keep millions of data records constantly up to date. I mostly use the Leadfeeder part of Dealfront.

Thanks to the tracking activity we are able to identify new leads and contact them easily.

Great interface, good customer service and also possibility to connect with many software (Salesforce, Google Ads, etc...) and export your data to csv anytime.
