# Lead management

In case of a bigger sales team, say from 10 up to 20 team members, what is a recommended way to manage and share the leads? Is there a winning method over the others in your experience?

Great question, Erno! When you're working with a bigger sales team, we've found most of our customers work together with a CRM platform like Pipedrive.

When you integrate with Pipedrive or Salesforce, the lead data is automatically pumped into your CRM tool. Then, the CRM assigns the lead to a sales team member.

It also helps if you integrate with Slack so you can see the leads as they come in and who they are assigned to.

Happy to jump on a call to expand!
