If something does go awry, we don't get answers to why or what happened. But working with Geetanjali and Ravi from DBSync made all the difference. Every single step they were confident in what they were doing. All we had to do was point them in the right direction for the process. Even better was the support once we started using DBsync. There were some hiccups but Geetanjali and Ravi were able to provide solutions through workshoping the problem live. The integration was fairly easy and we use this integration literally everyday. **What do you dislike about DBSync Cloud Workflow?** Honestly, the price you pay for what you get is amazing. They patiently guided us through every step of integration to ensure we could fully understand the connections. I wish we would have found DBSync sooner. A consistent bi-directional sync from QuickBooks every 10 minutes was something that I previously would have never thought possible. I am non-technical and even for me the DBSync Cloud Workflow is extremely easy to use while at the same time being extremely robust for our developer. Our hurdles were not with the Workflow but rather the legacy nature of QuickBooks. I was honestly quite impressed by how simple and effective the DBSync Cloud Workflow was in accommadating such a legacy software. I would just reccommend that you take the time to fully brainstorm these hurdles with the team when they come up.
