The integration has brought improved efficiency and accuracy to our billing and accounting processes. The connector is simple to use once configured and works great. DBSync put their two best in Harsh and Mohit on the project. This allowed us to make great strides with a significant amount of customization including some requirements that DBSync hadn't encountered before. The significant amount of customization required was somewhat frustrating because it seemed that things were pretty straightforward during the demo. While this was all ultimately worked through, it too much longer than anyone expected and only incremental progress was realized until Harsh and Mohit were put on the project. DBSync Cloud Workflow is a game changer for our client. We have been able to reduce manual entry and mistakes by integrating our Salesforce instance with Quickbooks. The connector is easy to use and has proven to work well! Harsh and Mohit provided the best customer support and made us feel like we were their only client. The only downside we experienced was that we did have to get creative with some of our use cases. We have a very custom system and process and there were a couple of things that DBSync didn't accommodate out of the box. But we were able to find solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The synchronization is unstable because I have QB Ent. 11, and the database sync does what's possible to work with this version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use a server based Quickbooks and DBSync is able to connect that with Salesforce. Saranya was very helpful in resolving our issues and quick to respond.

We are updating some of the flows, and Saranya helped with clarifying some of my questions and made an update to the accounts syncing into Quickbooks from Salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
