**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

I really appreciate Dayforce being a single unified system that combines HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, time, and attendance. This reduces the need for multiple disconnected tools, and it serves as a really strong workforce management tool. I like the smart scheduling feature that uses availability and skills to help our managers reduce overtime and maintain compliance. The built-in rules for overtime, breaks, and tax regulations are great for helping us avoid costly compliance issues.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

There are definitely things that the system doesn't do that we'd like it to be a bit more bespoke in terms of what it can do.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dayforce as a unified HR system, combining HR, payroll, benefits, and more. It reduces the need for multiple tools, helps with smart scheduling, and ensures compliance with rules like overtime and tax regulations, avoiding costly complaints.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

i love the ease of being able to clock in from my phone, see my schedule, request time off, review my pay, and look at my health benefits. it is a very easy to use app! requesting time off and reviewing the schedule is very easy. as far as being able to specify any issues or changes when need to for direct deposits/changing banks, payment allocation , i can change it and not have to bother my manger about it! i love that ease of access. also, i love being able to access my pay early and when i need to! its wonderful.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

having to log in/get text to verify pretty much every single time, unless i stay on a certain page in the app, when i clock in,  otherwise, having to clock in and wait for a text to get verification, is redundant, but better than having to change my password a million times! i would rather do the 3rd factor log in then reset my password every time!

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i am able to clock in and out without manager intervention. thrid facotor authorization helps me not have to rest my password a million times, so that is wonderful. I love being able to clock in on my phone, but also have the option to log in online.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

Dayforce is easy to use and makes it straightforward for end users to do what they need to do. I also appreciate that there’s a mobile application available. The time off module, profile, performance reviews, and forms are all very user-friendly. Everything loads quickly and I don’t experience delays. I also like that my paystubs show up in the mobile app, so I don’t have to log in to the web version all the time.

I do not handle contract renewals myself directly but the pricing for the system is comparable to most other HRMS products on the market.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

From my experience, the Dayforce mobile app could definitely offer more functionality. It covers some of the basics, but you can’t do things like fill out forms or download pay stubs, which makes it really inconvenient to use. In the web version, while it's easy to use, I have preferred other systems that have built in tools like pay calculators and other things like that where I can run scenarios which Dayforce does not have currently.

I have not dealt with the customer support directly since the system typically doesn't have many issues. Our company is still trying to rollout workflows in the system that we purchased Dayforce to solve which means the onboarding could have been better or they overpromised on system functionality.

We also have issues when trying to integrate dayforce with some of our other systems. We have had success with some but still run into roadblocks fairly often when trying to use the api.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves our HR needs. We can see our pay information, W2's, and submit time off so that is what I care about the most as an employee.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

I really like that Dayforce operates in real time, which means there is no waiting when I post a position for it to go live. This feature is valuable because it allows us to get our jobs out there ASAP and share those jobs with different team members and various job boards.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The NEW platform is not user-friendly at all and there is no place to keep documents that are attached to a specific requisition.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dayforce for candidate management, letting candidates apply and upload documents. It helps us keep notes and share profiles with our team, plus post jobs in real-time, making them live immediately and shareable across different job boards.

-Great user group run by Evan from Trident Seafood.
-System is easy to navigate
-Has all the modules you would need
-mobile app is alright
-support people are friendly
-lots of 'out of box' reports
-automatic connection to Indeed for job reqs

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

-AHA portal for user suggestions for system improvements: some ideas (a lot) have been there for 5+ years and not actioned.
-can't proxy as someone else in order to troubleshoot
-have to pay a monthly fee for each account that needs sftp access for imports/exports
-help articles on the support portal are not kept up to date
-price
-report creator doesn't allow you to write your own code
-annual conference guest speakers are a waste of time/money.  Have someone who actually has experience using Dayforce speak.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented Dayforce to track time and pay our employees.  We have since launched the recruitment module, performance module, and onboarding module.  The system allows employees to punch in on a clock, request vacation, and look at their upcoming schedule.  This is a benefit in our manufacturing environment for the hourly employees.

I like that I can see what what time I have requested as PTO and what is approved and what is still pending.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

I dislike that some of the features are hard to find at time. For example if I am given a task to complete I have go through several steps to find the correct screen needed to complete. Some are easy to find, others not so much.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use Dayforce for requesting time off, looking up my pay stub and occasionally completing tasks assigned to me.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

I appreciate how Dayforce centralizes so many HR functions into one platform, which is really helpful for streamlining a wide range of employee lifecycle processes. I value the transparency it provides to employees and supervisors. The reporting tools are particularly valuable because they allow us to access real-time information quickly without having to pull data from multiple sources, and it's easy to run standardized reports as well as create custom ones. The ability to export reports in different formats is also helpful when sharing information. Overall, Dayforce's ability to integrate processes, maintain accuracy, and improve visibility across the organization are the features that stand out the most.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

I find that small configuration changes in Dayforce require back-end support, which can slow down the updates we need to make more quickly. More flexibility and admin-level customization options would be helpful. Most importantly, the customer service reps seem to be overseas and/or speak very broken English and can be very hard to understand. The dashboards are functional but limited, and it would be helpful to have widgets that allow you to quickly visualize. A more drag-and-drop style dashboard builder would also make it easier to tailor views for HR, supervisors, and leaders. The initial setup wasn't easy, and we did most of the heavy lifting.

Dayforce centralizes our HR processes, reducing manual tracking and increasing accuracy in data management, payroll, and benefits. It saves time and minimizes errors, supporting efficient HR operations.

I like the ease of use for employees with Dayforce, as everything is pretty simple. Creating reports, updating information, and requesting time off are straightforward tasks. I also utilize Dayforce reports almost daily, and I appreciate being able to create and add fields whenever needed.

It's more so the way our system is configured, it's very clunky to approve time off for employees.

I find data visualization significantly easier with Dayforce, which enhances our dashboard views. I particularly appreciate how it displays key reports, such as headcount breakdowns by full-time and contractual employees. The platform also provides insightful bifurcations by age, gender, and salary brackets, enabling quick and effective data analysis.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

I've encountered frequent technical glitches, particularly with income tax processing, which is frustrating as resolutions often take around 24 hours—likely due to the US-based company's time zone differences with IST. There's heavy dependency on the US team, leading to delays. Additionally, integration options are limited; our attempt to connect with ADP for tax submissions was one integration which I have witnessed others I have not.

Dayforce enhances our dashboard views, making data visualization more efficient and enabling seamless employee self-service. Additional benefits include streamlined global payroll processing with real-time accuracy, automated compliance for tax and regulatory reporting, and mobile accessibility for on-the-go approvals and insights.

I use Dayforce as a management tool for development, work, profile, and performance. I find it very easy to use, and it helps me understand my performance with all my information in one place, which is very helpful. I really appreciate how it allows my managers to access real-time data updates. The fact that workforce management and talent management are all in one place makes it very organized. Dayforce makes scheduling and time tracking easier, and the section for performance reviews helps me understand my strengths and weaknesses, supporting my career growth and keeping me aligned with business needs. The initial setup was quite easy as well, with guidance from our managers, and then we were able to navigate the tool ourselves.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The reporting tools maybe could have been a bit easier to use. Maybe having single drag and drop features or a few readymade templates so that reports can be made faster.

The company I was using Dayforce with is no longer in business, so I don't use it any longer.

I no longer am using the Dayforce software, so I don't have any additional feedback.

I use it on the employee side to check benefits, pay, PTO, etc. As a manager I use it to correct time cards for my team, manager their PTO and salaries, etc.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

I like the simplicity of the schedule in Dayforce, which makes it easy to make edits and changes as needed. I appreciate the ability to authorize and approve my staff's time card entries on the go. It's integrated smoothly with my single sign-on system, which makes accessing it effortless. I can just click on it, and it opens up instantly. I also find it valuable that I can approve time off and run reports to show me overtime, which helps me keep my P&L in line. Overall, it's just a great resource.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

My least favorite thing about it is the actual entry of the schedule. I find it slightly challenging when I do a schedule for a month because I can only do it week by week. I'd like to just be able to do an entire employee for the entire month and then go to the next one versus only having to do all my employees week by week.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dayforce is my one-stop shop for scheduling and payroll needs. It lets me print reports, see live schedules, make changes, and allows staff to clock in and out with notes. It's a great resource.

It can be slow or glitchy sometimes. The interface feels a bit confusing at times. Some features take too many steps to get to. The mobile app isn’t always consistent

It's been fairly easy to use from an empoyee perspective. The layout is simple and intuitive to find what I need like pay stubs, earnings, and performance tracking.

The interface for entering and tracking goals feels a little clunky and not as flexible as I'd like.

Dayforce provides a way to formalize my career goals and manager reviews. I've been able to put my goals in writing but also details on how I worked towards those goals. This is really a time saver for my performance reviews and when requesting compensation.

Dayforce is an all-in-one platform. There is no need for multiple tools or integrations, reduces data silos and duplicate entry, and everything ties back to a single employee record. Dayforce handles multi-state / multi-country payroll, tax and labor law compliance, and scheduling/workforce rules.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Tasks often take too many clicks and reporting, and advanced features are especially hard to learn. User reports can be slow to load and freezes at times. There can be a lag during payroll cycle.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dayforce helps with better budget control with real-time labor tracking + scheduling. It provides visibility into hours, overtime, and costs as they happen. It also helps with compliance & legal risk issues with built-in compliance rules, automated tax calculations and updates. It has workflow automation and employee and manager self-service which eliminates HR and managers doing repetitive admin work.

I like the reporting and analytics in Dayforce. It's helpful when looking at turnover numbers.

Onboarding new associates can be cumbersome. We recently integrated our ATS system (Hireology) with Dayforce so the information flows over but there is often errors

It helps us stay compliant. I work the the senior care industry which is highly regulated and it helps us with state surveys.

I use Dayforce for HR and onboarding. It solves my scheduling issues and I like the ease of use, which makes it easier to integrate with my office staff. I love the formatting because everything is uniform, allowing us all to get the same view that's updated in real-time. Plus, the initial setup was super easy!

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Sometimes my employees have trouble logging in. It would be better if it was easier to recover login credentials.

Dayforce solves my scheduling issues and makes it easier to integrate with my office staff because everything is uniform, providing the same view with real-time updates.

I love how I am able to manage several different locations from one webpage. It houses everything you need to manage time and employee information for multiple locations. I use Dayforce every day, mulitple times a day.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Learning how to operate Dayforce can be time consuming but once you learn the program it all begins to make more sense plus thier customer support is quick and very helpful.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps combine what would be multiple different systems and houses it all in one website. I really didn't know what I was missing out on until after I was trained on Dayforce. I would recommened this platfor for any buisness, small and large.

Sometimes customer support takes hour to respond, or days, which is not good for our business.

It makes it easy for workers to punch in and punch out, HR also gets to see all the punches in real time, and the user interface is easy to manage our time clocks globally.

Dayforce is a comprehensive HCM platform that brings together payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce management in one system. It’s particularly strong in compliance and real-time payroll processing. While it can have a learning curve, it’s powerful for organizations looking for an all-in-one solution with deep functionality.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Dayforce brings a lot of functionality into one platform, which is great for managing payroll and HR in a centralized way. That said, the system can feel a bit complex at times, especially for new users or smaller teams. Once you get used to the layout, though, it offers powerful tools for workforce management and compliance.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dayforce helped streamline my payroll and HR processes by bringing everything into one platform. It made it easier to manage compliance, track time and attendance, and keep employee records organized. The real-time payroll calculations and reporting tools also gave me better visibility and control over workforce operations.

Agentnoon has a wide range of functionalities, ways of displaying the data as well as dynamic reporting capabilities. The interface is user-friendly and the team provides great trainings. The system allows various scenarios with drag-and-drop simplicity. We like the flexibility to make bulk changes, integrate with our HR systems and ways to track changes (both visually and via report), and limitless filter options. The real-time collaboration features enable our team to edit, present, and share scenarios without the need for exporting, enhancing our efficiency and decision-making. Moreover, the customer support is exceptional; the team is always responsive and goes above and beyond to tailor solutions to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The team is constantly evolving the systema and addresses our feedback for use case scenarios. As with any evolving platform, occasional minor bugs can occur, but the support team addresses them promptly.

**What do you like best about Dayforce?**

The tool is very intuitive and powerful to use and has a full list of features and actions that allow for easy navigation, search, customization of views, etc.  

As a consultant working with an organization on their organizational design, the tool is perfect for real-time scenario building with the client and conveniently tracks headcount and cost changes.  There are also ready-made visualization templates that can be screenshotted or downloaded into a pack for executives, as well as a function to download all the changes vs. baseline in Excel.  Whilst we anticipated to only use the tool ourselves, most of the executives we worked with saw the benefit of AgentNoon and requested access so that they can drill down into their organizations or create new scenarios on their own time.

The AgentNoon team is really quick and helpful supporting queries as well, promptly answering within their working hours.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Not much to speak of.  Minor examples: 
- Very occasional bugs and unexpected UX changes
- Some calculations (e.g., rollup span in control) in the scenarios required site refresh / did not automatically update
- If in the subsequent data uploads you map columns differently than from the original, the card content options will show duplicate data headers

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to work in real-time with stakeholders to review their organization and re-org to meet guiding principles, if necessary

Agentnoon as a solution is designed with the end user in mind. It is sophisticated enough to give you high fidelity design insights, but not so sophisticated that you have to be a deep expert in Org Design to use it. In addition, the team at AgentNoon is 'all in' with you as the user and provides best in class support. These elements make it a fantastic solution for a dynamic organization looking for a systems based workflow for Org Design. It's so good even our cross-functional partners have become advocates for the system and workflow!

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Given it is a newer solution there are functionalities that are not ready 'out of the box'. This is mitigated through support and rapid development and therefore has not been a major issue for our effort.

How to do sceario based org designed with a high level of fidelity.

Truly nothing. If I had to pick something...it would be the role based features.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Dayforce is extremely complicated to implement and use. We spent a year implementing and had very little help from their implementation team. Dayforce does not integrate with any of our other systems without complicated feeds or spending extra money for their billable team to build broken connections. Support is not timely and rarely offers true solutions. Your only hope is that you get assigned a support rep who knows the module you need help with like the back of their hand. Dayforce holds your own data hostage and requires you to submit billable requests so they can build custom fields and relationships for your reporting. The reporting in Dayforce is the worst I have seen in any single system. There are thousands of relationships that need to be perfect in order to get the simplest data output. I.E. We can't run a report showing the compa-ratio for employees in a department that are in different countries with different currency. I will NEVER use this system ever again and cannot wait for our contract to be up. I use this system everyday and I would rather use paper forms for everything.

The only problem it solves is allowing us to not have paper forms for all employee information.

The main downside is that jobs have to be attached to departments or sites and that creates a lot of job titles in our system. I also dislike the performance module, because it only allows for traditional reviews.

The biggest problem we had was being in three countries and having everyone on different systems.

Its impressive data visualisation and ability to intuitively reorganise our hierarchy data has helped us to rethink how we view employee data for now and the future. 

The Agentnoon tool is incredibly powerful and has helped to streamline previously manual processes into dynamic ones saving us both time and effort. 

The support provided by the Agentnoon team is always a positive experience and every suggestion or query is acted on quickly. The tool is seeing a lot of positive changes which only enhances its capability and usability. If you're looking for an Organisational modelling tool - this is the one.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

Nothing significant to note, only minor point would be the ability to customise some parts is not yet available (i.e. colour options across all areas) but I'm confident these will be implemented in future releases.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organisational chart modelling allows for quicker, streamlined processes and much improved visualisation of proposed models. Previously this was all managed through Excel which was slow and prone to error.

Multiple ways to accomplish the same task giving the ability to find the way that works best for the user. Plenty of check and balances during the payroll processing experience. Very imformative and resourceful implementation team. Allows for many integrations with other systems already in place.

My only struggle with the system is when trying to create a report from scratch and making sure the data populates but this could very well be user issue. My only other pet peeve is the time it takes to get tax cases addressed when noitces are submitting for review and investigation before resolution.

Implementing our new benefits administrator integration which will help automate changes to benefits from our vendors and handle our open enrollments.

While Dayforce has many strengths, there are a few areas where frustration lurks.  Thos would be occasional bugs which can be disruptive, and also reports are sometimes clow to load

Dayforce has made the overall Payroll process much easier for both the mpeloyees and the Payroll staff.  We are able to process more timely with fewer errors.

My favorite part of Dayforce is how easy it is to navigate and learn. It is user friendly and allows you to make updates to a page and see what would change before you hit the save button.

**What do you dislike about Dayforce?**

The Leave Management options are minimal. I need to be able to track leaves of absence in the Leave Management portion but it does not work well for the type of tracking I need it to do.

**What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dayforce updates the state paid leave premiums to ensure that the Team Members are paying the appropriate state taxes for state paid leave programs. This keeps me from having to track and coordinate these updates with our Payroll Team
