# Which Diversity Recruiting platforms have reporting functionality and workflow stages used daily by recruiters?

Before naming diversity recruiting tools, it's worth defining what "used daily" actually requires from a reporting feature. A dashboard that gets checked once a quarter for a board deck is a different product than one recruiters open every morning to see where candidates are stuck.

What we're hoping to find:

Reporting that surfaces pipeline bottlenecks in near real time, not retrospective summaries

Workflow stages that are actually customizable per role, not a fixed, generic pipeline

Reports recruiters check unprompted, not just what gets pulled for compliance audits

The tools you must check out:

Greenhouse: Reviewers describe checking pipeline reports daily to see where candidates are stalling, though a few note that building custom reports takes more configuration time than expected.

Lever: Reviewers point to its visual pipeline stages as something recruiters reference constantly, rather than only during weekly syncs.

Pinpoint: Known for reporting that's simpler to read at a glance, which reviewers say makes it something recruiters actually open rather than avoid.

Paycor: Reviewers in HR and TA roles cite its recruiting reporting as tied closely to broader HR metrics, useful for teams that need hiring data alongside workforce data in one place.

For teams checking these dashboards daily, is the reporting genuinely driving decisions, or has it become a habit that doesn't change what recruiters actually do?

Two of the requirements listed here are actually a bit in tension with each other. The more genuinely customizable workflow stages get per role, engineering's technical screen looking nothing like a design role's portfolio review, the harder it gets for a single daily dashboard to roll those up into one comparable bottleneck number. A stalled candidate at "technical screen" and one at "portfolio review" aren't really the same event, so a report built to handle deep per-role customization often ends up either flattening those differences back into something generic, or giving recruiters a dashboard that's accurate per-role but doesn't answer the cross-program question a director would actually ask. Worth checking which of these four tools is making that trade-off, and which one just quietly picked one requirement over the other.
