We have been using Conveyor for ABOUT a year and a half to manage our trust center, and I appreciate how intuitive and straightforward the setup was. It's a solid product, especially for managing security documents and providing confidential access through integrated NDAs. The AI feature assist with security questionnaires is extremely useful, and I enjoy how it becomes a one-stop shop for all our various documents, including security documents, onboarding documents, and customer agreements. Additionally, the product has solid reporting capabilities. We've had a very good experience with Conveyor, and we are in the process of expanding its use to our other product lines. I would like the document folder structure in Conveyor to not be so flat. I would prefer a folder structure that can better accommodate multiple products, with the ability to have subfolders for each product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that i can plug in a questionnaire and have the answers appear within minutes, this gives me time back to handle more tasks at once which is especially useful when i am drowning in RFP's. Even if i am not 100% satisfied with the answer, it gives me a good starting point and when i correct the answer it remembers it for next time - the more you use it, the better it gets and the more it learns. I have seen immense progress in it's answering capabilities in the past 7 months of use. While it is able to answer most questions with accuracy, i do find that the tone is still not up to par - i do find myself rewriting answers (even if they are correct) so that the sentences flow better, or so that the tone is not so robotic. There are some additional features and feedback that we have given the conveyor team to improve on, such as the UI, the portals that it is able to scan and answer, etc, and they seem very responsive and willing to listen. Conveyor simplifies our internal process of filling out security reviews or client/prospect required questionnaires. I work in a space where this is fairly common with majority of my deals, so it's awesome to have a process like this. Typically, getting what I need done takes only a few minutes. Nothing super major. I would say sometimes their UX can feel a bit busy or cluttered, but overall its organized. I guess it would be nice to have a more simple UX vs having a lot of info on 1 page or section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Conveyor for approximately two years, primarily for expediting security reviews and questionnaires with prospective customers. I find Conveyor's combination of price to value and ease of use highly beneficial for my team. Its AI capabilities are particularly impressive, significantly reducing the duration of our reviews from several days or weeks to just a couple of days, sometimes even to one day. This efficiency is extremely helpful and time-saving. Additionally, I enjoy using the feature that allows us to submit a standard document into the portal and receive more than 90% completion, which is fantastic since it simplifies the verification process for the authorities. Conveyor streamlines the process of customers and prospects gaining access to compliance and security content for their due diligence. It's a very useful platform and has all the right workflows and features to enable a fairly automated and seamless process. The roadmap and cohesive story of where Conveyor is heading with their Trust Center has been a bit lacking. Almost all efforts are focused on AI, RFPs and Automated Questionnaires leaving those who want and signed up for the Trust Center functionality left feeling a bit lost and unsure of the future of the platform. Some features feel incomplete. The process of mapping cells for the AI questionnaire does not appear to function correctly, which results in extra manual work that could be avoided.

The layout in parts could be clearer, sometimes the users need a little bit of help navigating the portal. I'm not sure if this is how we as an org have designed it.
