What do you like best about Conveyor?

Conveyor makes the security review process incredibly smooth and transparent. It centralizes all compliance documentation in one place, reducing back-and-forth with customers and saving valuable time for both sales and security teams. The UI is clean and intuitive, and the ability to grant secure, role-based access to documentation builds trust with prospects. What do you dislike about Conveyor?

At times, the customization options for the Trust Center are somewhat limited, especially when it comes to branding and layout flexibility. I’d also like to see more integrations with popular CRM and workflow tools to further automate updates and permissions. "Conveyor Streamlines Security Questionnaires, But Needs Google Doc Support"
What do you like best about Conveyor?

I am a new user of Conveyor. Our company started using your software recently, and it has helped speed up the process of responding to my client's security questionnaires. As a Customer Success Manager, I would previously take the initial pass at answering the questions manually. This required sourcing internal documentation, and was time consuming. Whatever I could not answer, I would create an internal task ticket and route it to the appropriate team to review/complete the rest. Again, very manual and time consuming.

Now, with a simple file upload, I can review the output, which cuts down so much time. Instead of answering questions from scratch, I can simply review and make edits. For those questions where I need my team's assistance, I can easily flag those questions for review. The process is seamless. This has drastically cut down the time and effort to complete security questionnaires; many of which vary by client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conveyor?

The only downside is that google doc URL's are not currently supported. The file upload works just fine, but sometimes my clients send a janky format. We love the timeline it now takes to get important security and compliance information in customer and prospects hands. They took a problem and solved it simply. Some aspects of the analytics would benefit from further refinement. In my experience, this is a common challenge faced by most security and compliance teams. Easily what stands out about Conveyor against other competitors we piloted / used is the quality of answers. Truly, the answers go above and beyond a typical "informative answer", adding value prop in a concise way. What do you dislike about Conveyor?

Really this isn't about Conveyor, just that our team needs to commit to the Approval and Review processes. However, this would be an issue with any product we chose. What do you like best about Conveyor?

I find Conveyor incredibly valuable for its ability to efficiently handle security questionnaires, which we have been using for about six months. Setting it up was a breeze, allowing us to become operational in no time. Its most significant advantage is the automation it brings to what was previously a very manual process, providing consistent and top-tier answers while reducing the workload. We also love the various levels of support for portal based questionnaires. Additionally, I've successfully integrated Conveyor with Slack, which helps alert us when questionnaires are completed, enhancing our workflow communication. Its easy setup and optimization capabilities are crucial factors that would definitely make me choose Conveyor again, and I am highly likely to recommend it to others, rating it a strong 10 out of 10. It is easy to use, and the documentation is easy to understand. Conveyor offers a solid foundation for managing our knowledge materials. Its interface is intuitive, and the audit tracking features are particularly helpful for maintaining transparency and accountability.

What do you dislike about Conveyor?

There are several areas where the experience could be improved:

- Onboarding Experience: The initial phase lacked adequate support availability, which made it difficult to resolve setup issues quickly. A more structured and responsive onboarding process would have helped build confidence early on.

- Design Concerns: The interface closely resembles that of a competitor who also uses Conveyor. This overlap in look and feel can be confusing and undermines brand differentiation - especially when both platforms are used in similar contexts. So, it would be great to offer in the "Customize Layout" more flexibility especially, the "Helpful Information" gives almost no freedom to formulate the own questions.

- Missing Test Environment: One of the biggest drawbacks is the absence of a dedicated test environment. In today’s standards, having a sandbox for validation and experimentation should be a baseline feature, particularly for audit-related workflows where accuracy and reliability are critical. I have been using Conveyor for almost two years, primarily to help fill out questionnaires, and it genuinely saves me a considerable amount of time. One of the standout features I appreciate is the user-friendly search bar, which streamlines my workflow and simplifies the process of finding answers. This efficiency is further reflected in how Conveyor reduces the time I would otherwise spend seeking information from colleagues, thus speeding up my response times to clients. I find Conveyor easy to learn and use daily, even though I wasn't involved in the initial setup phase. The software's intuitive nature makes it appealing enough for future repurchase considerations. What do you like best about Conveyor?

It's an easy to use platform that allows us customers and prospective customers easy access to our reports and makes it easy for us to get things to them fast and on a timely manner. The integration into our systems like Okta was easy and even at times when we ran into issues, their support team has always been quick to resolve our issues. We use this tool as often as it is required to provide our customers with the things they need. Deploying the tool was very easy and it was made easier with the robust documentation. What do you dislike about Conveyor?

Room of improvement:

My only main feedback is I wish it worked differently - Instead of picking the best answer and letting me replace it later, I wish it'd bubble up the matching answers and let me decide. I personally don't want AI to write a brand new answer every time

This is my personal observation cuz I use their Search feature alot. I use plug-in search feature a lot to answer one-offs. I really have to pick up the right keywords to search the relevant content otherwise it says 'No answers'. I feel there is a room of improvement where they at least shows any past answers from KB or pull links just based on the intent.

Wider compatibility with the other questionnaire web portal. Plugin does a job but it is little tedious to go to every webpage and upload the questionnaire and then go back to each web page again to apply the answer.

They need to work on detecting the fields such as drop-downs and its relevant values. In past, I had to manually update the dropdown col. with its relevant values. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
