Conveyor is easy to use, and saves time... LOTS of it. It takes a dreary, repetitive, boring task from days or weeks to mere hours. Conveyor also is a champ at taking constructive criticism (on its suggested responses) and incorporating the feedback - without sulking in the corner. It will also let you know privately when your own documents contradict each other or might be out of date... you know, privately, hush-hush in the corner versus calling you out on it in front of everyone. Another huge advantage is that Conveyor puts joie de vivre back into questionnaire answers, versus the usual boring mumbo jumbo responses with spelling and grammatical errors, because of course no company wants their beloved clients getting anything other than polished and accurate responses. Customer support is responsive, effective, and professional. In summary, I am extremely impressed by Conveyor and look forward to the gray hairs I won't be getting as a result of using it. There are a couple of TPRM applications that Conveyor doesn't play in the sandbox with yet, but I know that's coming, so we're fine with it. We wish they also supported the other side of the TPRM coin (assessing your own vendors versus just helping when you're being assessed), but that's the only thing I'd change and fortunately for us, it's not a requirement.
