It offers outstanding value for money, but what I appreciate the most is the accounts and support team — always fast and to the point. **What do you dislike about Connectif?** For fast-growing clients, I’m not a fan of having the account paused upon reaching the usage limit. It's extremely hard to get the initial estimate right, and even harder to plan out the entire year's activities in advance. Reactivating the account depends on human support, which is fast — but what happens if the account gets stuck over a weekend? I believe this part should scale automatically, just like many other platforms do. Fixed-rate pricing in exchange for predefined resources is fine — but there should be auto-scaling in place when limits are exceeded. **What problems is Connectif solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enabling automation across every stage of the online sales process, while being highly adaptable, Connectif lets you push your creativity to the limit. Even in businesses more focused on services than on e-commerce, it still brings significant value. Although it’s not a full-fledged CRM, the way the tool works allows you to use it almost as if it were one — which turns it into a truly useful and indispensable solution for clients.
