What do you like best about Connectif?

The truth is that it's difficult for me to condense it all, but I'll try:

- It's super intuitive and visual to use

- The support is very fast and in Spanish

- I can introduce almost any web content and segment it to the maximum on any website completely independently of IT departments

- I can segment over and over until achieving almost ad hoc deliveries and impacts for each user

- I have email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and web content centralized on one platform

- I can support Paid Media strategies by connecting audiences natively with Google Ads and Meta

- It's an absolutely eCommerce-focused tool aimed at conversion

- It acts as a CMP

What do you dislike about Connectif?

The truth is that there is nothing I don't like, rather some things could be improved, such as, for example, ensuring that the product blocks inserted on the web work with the new editor or that the AI modules are better integrated with the tool to provide custom code for Connectif or to read the content that is open at the moment to generate changes, improvements, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Connectif?

Ease of use: The interface is very intuitive, with a drag-and-drop flow editor that allows you to design campaigns and segmentations without the need for programming.

Ease of implementation: It has native connectors for the main e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop, etc.) which greatly speeds up the start of projects.

Customer support: The Spanish-speaking support team responds quickly and offers regular updates and webinars that help to make the most of all functionalities.

Frequency of use: Ideal for daily use: from sending newsletters to setting up retargeting campaigns, it becomes the main tool for the marketing team in e-commerce.

What do you like best about Connectif?

From my own experience, this tool is very powerful, and they are constantly working to keep it that way. I use it every day with 90% of my clients, and I am delighted. I highlight how versatile it is and how intuitive it is to use, all the functionalities it has and what can be achieved with this tool, in addition to the continuous development and improvement by the team of technicians and people behind it. Special mention to the customer service they provide (close, resolutive, fast, and of quality).

What do you like best about Connectif?

I love the versatility of the tool and how easy it is to integrate. It offers outstanding value for money, but what I appreciate the most is the accounts and support team — always fast and to the point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connectif?

For fast-growing clients, I’m not a fan of having the account paused upon reaching the usage limit. It's extremely hard to get the initial estimate right, and even harder to plan out the entire year's activities in advance. Reactivating the account depends on human support, which is fast — but what happens if the account gets stuck over a weekend? I believe this part should scale automatically, just like many other platforms do. Fixed-rate pricing in exchange for predefined resources is fine — but there should be auto-scaling in place when limits are exceeded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an incredibly powerful tool that allows you to personalize and automate the user experience to the fullest.

What do you dislike about Connectif?

There are things that are not very intuitive and make the learning curve steeper, but they solve it with help.

As feedback, I would say that it is very necessary to have well-designed pop-up templates. Designing one from scratch without knowing CSS does not yield the best results.
