The built-in tools for managing a virtual classroom is better than any other option we could find in 2019. We looked again in 2020 and Cloudshare was still the best option. The easy to use classroom setup tools, ability to view every student's desktop, and student communication tools makes it a service we use for all our online software training courses. I wish the online classroom student communication options included a phone number for remote students to dial into. I know, it is 2023 and everyone should know how to use a mic/headset/speaker for joining meetings. However, in my industry, zoom meetings are not as ubiquitous as in other industries. Having a dial-in phone number for students as a backup would be a nice feature. We currently use Zoom for voice communications for our Cloudshare virtual classroom sessions. Creat virtual environment is stress-free, it mostly because of easy intgeration deployment with customer facing software like CRM. I dont neet to have several software and files installed in my computer. I can create the enviroment/class to use the software that I need when I need them.
