**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I guess collaboration feature of cloudshare is what I like the most especially when you are holding online trainings where lab are needed for the student. It is very easy to setup a virtaul lab environment in clousshare and the students can easily access it without any hasstle. Using cloushare for training was one of our best decisions as it has really increased our productivity as an organization.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Occasionally my student find a lag in access the lab during peak usage time that sometimes is not a very good experience for my students and there are some of the advanced features which really need some addiitonal training to master them.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am working as a Security consultant cum trainer where I need to do a lot of demostration and trainings with my customer. I use cloudshare to setup complex lab environments in minutes which are needed for trainings and also I can setup a demo lab very easily for any demostrations. This has really benefited us and has increased our productivity as we don't have the overhead of lab setup now.

  ### 3. Boost productivity with CloudShare

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nasseer q. | Pre Post Sales Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

In my opinion, creating a customized virtual environment for my demos and workshops is the most what I like about Cloudshare. Apart from this user-friendly interface, third-party integration are some of the most valuable features of CloudShare that allows our users to seamlessly access the demo lab from CloudShare which makes a big impact on our productivity.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

One thing that I have struggled with occasionally is the lag while accessing the lab especially when you are dealing with big files or a large number of users trying to access the resource in CloudShare at the same time. You need a very good internet connection for CloudShare to run smoothly. One more thing is the customer support that sometimes takes a long to get back to you to resolve your issue.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work as a pre-sales engineer and use Cloudshare for demos and workshops and I must say this has been so effective for us in making a demo and workshop successful. We can easily setup the virtual environment needed for our demo so that user attending the training can access those labs for demo tasks and this has increased the productivity and quality of our training.

  ### 4. Reliable virtual training solution with organized features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean G. | Technical Training Manager, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I love that CloudShare simply supports team collaboration so effortlessly when we are training people. Creating multiple isolated environments allows our trainees to work without disruption and without impact from others. This works relia and every participant receives an equal change to test and learn at their own pace. I also quite like the fact that it ships with preconfigured templates for various setups so that you can just get started on tasks from the get go.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

CloudShare’s occasional inability to make navigating its more advanced features easy, is one of its limitations. It gets the job done well enough, but some of the processes are too complicated for what you really want to do. The problem is that the templates are only so limited, which makes it difficult to adapt the tool for less common use cases as well. These challenges can be hard to overcome; as such, particularly when preparing for new training scenarios, delays can be major.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has shown to be a great solution to organize how your staff is trained to work with new tools and processes. It provides separate spaces where all relevant people can train, yet without interruption. This structure has helped our team to take a risk with some new skills knowing we should be fine. The platform also makes onboarding new employees a simple process, saving time and effort, and with a consistent learning experience for everyone.

  ### 5. Fantastic lab platform with stellar support to match

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle E. | Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Cloudshare has been robust, feature rich, student friendly, but most of all the support we have received both during onboarding and now as a production customer has been second to none.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

It takes a little while to fully grasp the CloudShare workflows and relationships between Blueprints/snapshots/vm creation but once you get the hang of it, it no longer feels unintuitive.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudshare is allowing us to bring complex environments and concepts to students in an easy to interact with and performant lab. Having quick admin tools to make changes or to assist students helps make the experience so much richer for students.

  ### 6. Efficient solution for virtual environment setup, great for education

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Learning and Development Manager, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

The main reason we like CloudShare is for the ability to create dedicated environment that fits specific tasks. Over time it has become an important training session along with a cornerstone of training sessions where proper setups have to be consistent to get everyone up to speed. There’s also something about the dependability, even when sessions run longer than they should. It’s easy to share these setups with the rest of the team, making teamwork possible without additional coordination needed to keep the process running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

One drawback of CloudShare is that occasionally your permissions may be difficult to manage. Accessing different team’s projects can get cumbersome as we have to fine tune access levels across teams, and that slows us down when we need to quickly onboard new users or tweak an access level. The high resource consumption when we have multiple environments on running also means we need to keep our eye on infrastructure limits. Some extra steps are added to this would otherwise be a smooth workflow in dealing with these issues.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has helped us do away physical set up, especially during training and orientation processes. It provides the opportunity to build completely isolated processes where the changes do not count among those which occur in the course of work. This has actually been good for training because all people are on identical configurations which helps with consistency. It has also enhanced cooperation when involved in a particular group projects or sessions whereby all are using similar resources.

  ### 7. Cutting setup time made a huge difference in productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel C. | Senior training Manager, Hospitality, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

CloudShare is a software that solves the problem of how to make and share virtual environments for demos and training sessions. It enables us to quickly set up these environments, without messing about with physical infrastructure, or intricate configurations. With the whole process becoming more efficient with the ability for my team to collaborate on shared virtual spaces, there are no problems. This has saved a lot of our time and we’ve been able to invest it back into delivering better, more productive training or product demonstrations.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The challenge with CloudShare is it’s not always intuitive, especially for the inexperienced user. It’s a bit complicated looking at first but in a good way, and takes a bit to get to know itself. In addition, when setting up environments can sometimes be slow which delays our work or preparing for the demo. It can mess up the pace of our projects, especially when there’s not much time to get things up and running.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare solves the problem of creating, sharing and running virtual environments for demos and training sessions. It speeds up setup of these environments, lets us not worry about physical infrastructure and complex configuration. Collaborating on shared virtual spaces within my team proves to be efficient enough because the whole process is so much easier. Overall this has saved us a lot of time in which we can now place the time back into giving better training or product demonstrations.

  ### 8. Scalable solution for interactive presentations perfect for our company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deborah B. | Education Systems Support Coordinator, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

What makes CloudShare so special is that it simplifies the creation and management of virtual environments. Simple and intuitive interface, we can set up the automated labs easily according to your requirements. Sharing content and collaborating is a cinch within live sessions through integration with Salesforce and Zoom. It scales according to needs as the number of participants, what is something we need. It’s a wonderful time saver and very smooth experience for both instructors and attendees.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The problem with the CloudShare’s mobile app is that it simply doesn’t cope with complex simulations. It is not as smooth of an overall experience as it is on desktop, and cases of being less smooth for interactive tasks abound. Mobile is also not very intuitive with the way that it does its navigation. What’s more, the mobile app doesn’t have the full range of integrations the desktop edition has, which leaves holes in usability when you want to manage tasks when you’re not in front of your computer.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Virtual training and demo setups have gotten so much easier thanks to CloudShare. It enables us to create realistic virtual environments, solving the problem of physical infrastructure. The collaboration tools make efficient collaborative sessions with very little technical issues. Setup time that is saved allows our teams to focus on the things that matter most, like creating better presentations that ultimately make us all more productive and deliver better results.

  ### 9. Great solution for Virtual labs to improve customers experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav S. | Senior Software Specialist, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Easy to use, great support and cutting-edge tech features

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Performance/speed issues with VM's on few occassions

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offering face to face engaging trainings helps to reduce costs without compromising the user experience.

  ### 10. CloudShare improve virtual training efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hasman I. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

In my experience, the most valuable features by CloudShare are with its simplified training content creation module that accelerate process time in building content material for learning. It also make it easy for trainees as they can self-paced the learning session by pausing the session and resume it at any time that they are free. After all the training is complete, trainee is awarded with certificate/badges for completion.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Connectivity is the main issues when trainee has a slow connectivity speed and the training material has a large size which make the loading process taking too long to load. It think they should have tools to make the files smaller.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use learner tracker to track how much from the module has learner complete and how many is trainee is abandon the module and make analyzing if the module is too difficult for our trainee.

  ### 11. Perfect for custom environments and secure demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy L. | Training and Onboarding Specialist, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

What I like most about CloudShare is that it has the scalability. On larger scale projects, or small demos, it’s great for handling. With ease we can adjust what resources are based on what we need. Besides, the strong security measures, especially with access controls ensure that even sensitive data is well protected during the training or demos. Its versatility also includes flexibility to build environments for various operating systems.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

For CloudShare, pricing is a particular challenge with the price very quickly adding up for a larger demo or multiple environments that you need to scale up to. There’s a ton of features, but you’ll be paying for that, and it can feel like we’re paying for more capacity than we really need. That has made us more prone to deploy resources more carefully, because we aren't always getting the return on investment as clearly.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem CloudShare solves for is setting up complex demos and training environments without the need to stand up physical installations. This enables us to create virtual environments that mimic real life for both internal and client facing projects. This flexibility for scaling these environments has saved us time and resources since we can keep scaling up different projects. This further streamlines our workflow — we are able to quickly adjust environments to different needs.

  ### 12. Effective solutions for customer training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adolfo C. | Mental Health Strategy Consultant, Mental Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I like that when training or testing, CloudShare enables us to very easily provision development environments. The setup process is also simple, and this means that we will be able to save on a lot of time. To do this, we incorporate it with the CRM for customer training and obtain knowledge about how the users approach the content. Another advantage is that this is a cloud based application which has become crucial for our team because it is now possible to work remotely.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

There is something that I do not like about CloudShare and that is the prices. The software is rather feature rich, yet it is expensive if you have to maintain a few environments for a longer period. This has at times forced us to reduce the number of labs that we handle, this hugely affects our capacities to expand the training, especially where it is deemed necessary. It can be quite irritating because it restricts the likelihood of how frequently we can use it in extensive training sessions.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has solved many of the issues we encountered when developing learning and examination environments. Virtual labs have been established earlier entailing much time and effort but it is now in a click of a button. This efficiency have extended the ease of training of customers and remote training of new employees and recruitment has enabled the construction of environments to suit the need of consumers. On balance it has extended our training delivery velocity and ability to respond to clients’ demands, acquiring greater flexibility.

  ### 13. Simplify it with CloudShare

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naseer Q. | Network Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

CloudShare simplicity and user-friendly interface is what I like the best that makes my collaboration seamless by easily sharing the resource and making the real-time communication. I use cloudShare mostly for product demo and it is so seemless and productive for making my demonstrations meaningful.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Occasionally you may find performance lag mostly when dealing with large files. Apart from this everthing is so good.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work as a pre sales consult and cloudShare solves some key challenges for me especially while demostrating a product or doing a online workshop. It provides effiency in training by allowing interactive training where my users can access lab's hosted on cloudShare seemlessly. Using cloudshare has significantly improved my productivity and collaboration.

  ### 14. Intuitive tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Cloudshare has the optimal performance for manage and implement different configurations of a virtual machine, the easiest way to have the control in a class with multiple users.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Principal menu can be confused sometimes, a loto fo clicks to be on the right page

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the correct use of a simulated environment, the class user can manage the system in a correct manner

  ### 15. Efficient setup for testing and training workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artem H. | IT Training Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I particularly like how CloudShare is able to supply customized virtual environments for training and testing that really helps increase productivity. The feature set is huge which allows us to mimic a bunch of scenarios that we encounter in real world applications. I also like that we have strong support for custom configurations through which we can fine tune environments to satisfy our specific needs. This simplicity of training sessions and project test make it easy and secure.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

One drawback I’ve noticed with CloudShare is that it requires a stable, high speed internet connection to run smoothly, which can be a problem if someone is working remotely with limited access. Additionally, with so many features available, it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for new users who might not know where to start. We’ve also had a few instances where unexpected system updates interrupted our sessions, which affected our work timelines.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to CloudShare we now never had to set up secure labs for training or testing. It is because of this capacity that we can run tests without disturbing normal operations, thus facilitating faster turnaround from projects. Data is kept consistent across platforms by integration with Salesforce which has prevented errors. These isolated environments that we can create are a lot easier and our workflow is much quicker along with rollouts on new project being smoother and safer.

  ### 16. Effective virtual labs for testing and debugging

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela A. | Senior IT Trainer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

The parts I like best in CloudShare about its secure and flexible virtual environments for testing apps without danger of breaking our live systems. Setting up labs quickly is easy using the platform. I like it also for integration with Jira and Slack, which adds to our collaboration. That way, my team can tackle projects better, find solutions quicker, and keep the best lines of communication throughout the life cycle.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

CloudShare initial setup is fairly long and will take your teams a bit to become versed in the virtualization elements. We sometimes spend extra time setting up the environments and, as a result, we are late on project timelines. Furthermore, the pricing structure is very complicated, so costs cannot be calculated accurately and thus affects our financial planning. At times, to tackle these challenges, we have insufficient resources to train and troubleshoot, so we have occasionally had to dedicate more resources to training and troubleshooting.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By offering a secure and isolated environment for evaluating applications, CloudShare effectively solves several challenges which we struggle with when testing and deploying applications. With this capability, we can replicate production setups, which eliminates the time from identifying bugs that would later hit users. Therefore, there are fewer post release problems, improving morale and confidence in our team. Along with that we have drastically improved our feedback loops by being able to share environments with our clients and therefore improving overall productivity.

  ### 17. Palo Alto UTD lab

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Win O. | Solutions Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Easy to use and implementation lab.
To provide customer enablement for the Palo Alto Networks.
Good Customer support.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Need to do 72 Hours befor our lab. I would like to request advance 24 to 48 Hrs is suitable.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of Palo Alto Networks feature on eve lab. Cloudshare provide support feature for us.

  ### 18. File sharing and version control processes in our business are now really efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michela C. | IT administrator lead, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

What is really great in CloudShare I think is that it provides users with very efficient file sharing capabilities. It allows our team to transfer huge files safely and quickly. The version control feature is also one of the main bonuses since it allows us to track document changes and do not confuse versions. This has made our project coordination easier, and everyone is informed. In other words, it has boosted our operations and reduced mistakes in all the jobs that we do.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

However, there is one drawback of using CloudShare - the time it takes for customer support to get back to you. Yes the problems are solved but it may take a longer time to get the assistance. This has affected the way we work especially when we come across with some technical hitches that requires our attention. Also, the platform is sometimes unavailable, and this interferes with our projects, causing some to follow a slower pace. Such problems can be inconvenient when we work under a time constraint.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gladly, CloudShare helps to solve the problems associated with working with large files and documents. Our team previously had some problems with email attachments and version control that caused misunderstanding and mistakes. Now, it is not a problem to upload and share large files, and with the help of the version history function of documents, there are no or few mistakes. It has enhanced our flow of work since we are able to concentrate on the accomplishment of projects more effectively.

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I like how fast it is to setup the environment, and it is very easy to distribute the lab via email to the candidate.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

I do not have to create a lab on-prem and maintain it.

  ### 22. Setting up virtual training environments is not problematic anymore

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soufiane Z. | Training Coordinator, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

CloudShare’s most valuable function is the ability to quickly create and organize environments for training and demonstrations. To make it easier to program the preferred specific environments for various purposes, the simplicity of the user interface has been applauded as it has greatly enhanced our training productivity. This makes working with it easier as it links various tools such as CRM and LMS systems, ensuring that data is harmonized and can be retrieved easily to help increase the return on investment on training.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The only drawback in using CloudShare is poor performance when running complex or large virtual environments. In busy hours, the response time is somewhat slow and this interferes with training sessions and efficiency of workers. Also, the connectivity with other systems is quite good, however there are instances when some systems are incompatible with it and thus need to be fixed, a process that takes lots of time and affects the work process.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare is one of the best solutions for training and demonstration purposes since it provides a simple and customizable way to setup and manage virtual environments. This has greatly improved our training sessions and demos. They can also integrate with existing systems to make sure data is current and available, and that improves our training effectiveness and quality. Overall, the use of CloudShare has enhanced our efficiency and the quality of our training initiatives.

  ### 25. A real game changer for efficient environment management with minor problems

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marwa B. | Senior network administrator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

My favorite feature about CloudShare is how easy it is to create and duplication of environments that are complex. Making this feature enabled my training sessions because I can easily change scenarios for a particular team. I like that this platform has a very long list of available features, such as the possibility to snapshot environments, which are handy when I want to make sure that the environment is set up exactly the same in the next sessions. This has been very helpful in ensuring that the quality of our training interventions is well upheld.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Working with multiple environments at once can sometimes be a tad sluggish on CloudShare but other than that, I have no issues. This is sometimes annoying because it takes a relatively long time to learn and this can be a problem if time is a limiting factor. Also, the time taken by customer support to respond to the complaint rises the rate of frustrations especially when dealing with critical issues. Such issues have at times interfered with my training sessions, therefore making it difficult to adhere to a particular sequence.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has been a game changer through addressing the problem of consistency of training environments. While it previously required a lot of work to set up each session, I can now create duplicate environments and ensure that each session is identical. This has also proved to be time saving factor that has improved the general quality of our training in a way that is advantageous to me as well as my colleagues as it enables us to complete more work in less time.

  ### 26. We finally found a solution for overcoming latency issues in virtual training sessions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francis S. | Training coordinator, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

In my opinion, the primary strength of CloudShare lies in its simplicity to deploy and administrate a training and lab environment for demos. We have been able to deploy environments where no physical hardware has been required and that has helped to improve the flow. The integration with our LMS and CRM systems was seamless, therefore data syncing and tracking were easy. That is why it has been particularly useful to be able to tailor these environments for our training requirements.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The main challenge with CloudShare is that during busy hours there are latency issues that can impact the performance of simulators and training exercises. Also, although the platform in general is easy to navigate, some of the advanced parameter settings could be more intricate and not friendly for users. These problems have led to some form of interference to our training sessions and have taken additional time to make adjustments.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main idea CloudShare responds to is that the training environments are often physical and difficult to manage on a large scale, while the proposed solutions are virtual and easy to implement on any scale. This improvement has benefited our training and demonstration tasks by eliminating the need for physical tables to be set up. It has been flexible and capable of integration in this case and it has resulted in enormous saving in time and costs hence increasing efficiency.

Cloudshare has been an absolute gamechanger of a tool for Procentia. From our onboarding through to contract renewal , support provided by all areas is incredible and i cannto speak highly opf the people and their dedication.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

I genuinely cant think of anything to complain about

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enable us to bring to life our product for presales engagements and for training delivery it has transformed how we are able to deliver instructor led training with all of its rich functionality .

  ### 28. Efficient and handy solution for simplifying virtual training and testing environments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christophe G. | Senior Training Manager, Consumer Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

CloudShare makes it very easy to create virtual environments and that impressed me. Detailed configurations for training or testing is not a problem and as such saves us a lot of time. Other features making it exceptional include how easily it integrates with tools we are already using such as our CRM and project management tool. The envisaged environments are highly customizable, which means that we can shape them to fit our needs perfectly, making this system extremely flexible for use.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Now, the part I do not like about CloudShare are the costs as if you are not careful, you are likely to end up paying through your nose. These costs can quickly increase significantly, especially when running several environments simultaneously. This has made us more careful on how to use the platform so as to save the amount spent on many environments. Indeed, while the software has many strengths, the price could be somewhat prohibitive for smaller teams or projects to use frequently.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has changed the way of creating virtual training and testing environment. From where we stand, it has helped us continue to deliver good and reliable quality experiences without having to hold structures. This has greatly improved our training undertakings, increasing the speeds of onboarding among organisations. Moreover, with the help of this tool, it became possible to try different settings and configurations without putting a pressure on the main environment, which is beneficial for a team.

  ### 29. Virtual environments are now made easy for remote training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara G. | Senior IT Instructor, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Nonetheless, the most outstanding attribute of CloudShare if used as a virtual platform is the capability to execute diversely operating systems and software configurations at the same time. This is beneficial to us because we use several platforms for training and CloudShare can adapt to that environment that we require. This made initial preparation easy since it is effortless to replicate several complicated configurations across a few environments owing to the fact that training information is timely and relevant.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The main drawback of CloudShare is that the cost of this tool increases when the number of users is large. This has been a challenge for us particularly when we have been attempting to extend our training programs for use in other sites. The cost is relatively high which has at times compelled us to give a limited number of people or even decided whether to give training or not less frequently. This financial element has rendered it challenging to optimize the platform to its full potential.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has effectively eliminated the issue affecting the consistency of training throughout various branches. Prior to the deployment of this instrument, it became very difficult to guarantee that all the participants received an equal level of training irrespective of their location. When training using CloudShare, we can build similar virtual environments across the board regardless of the location of the trainee. This has enhanced the knowledge acquisition and the production of consistent results among our teams.

  ### 30. We finally found a way to enhance virtual training and demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arthur D. | Senior Training Manager, Luxury Goods & Jewelry, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

My favorite feature about CloudShare is its ability to be extremely flexible and secure when it comes to all the virtual lab and demoing. This helps us immensely when creating extremely complicated virtual spaces that are necessary for training and demonstrations for clients. I particularly like the fact that it synchronises with our CRM tool and streamlines the scheduling of virtual meetings. The flexibility of cloning environments and the ease of running multiple instances have really enhanced efficiency.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

One drawback of CloudShare is that it gets slow as the virtual environments grow big enough and this is very inconveniencing especially when conducting training or demos. That is why the interface also seems to be not as smooth as it is supposed to be, and the overall navigation is not as intuitive, making the management of virtual environments not as easy. Such performance inequalities and this not so friendly interface have at times led to some interferences and interruptions.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare solves a problem of managing and supporting virtual environment that is used for training and for demonstrating to clients. It has, therefore, enhanced the delivery of high quality and consistent session by providing a solid environment to develop and manage these sessions. This has helped improve the outcomes of the training programs and the manner in which we deal with our clients. We found that the platform has been useful, as it helps to save time and continue doing our work with a high quality of service.

  ### 31. Really effective virtual environment management solution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enrique T. | Cloud Solutions Architect, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

The most striking feature of CloudShare is the fact that it enables users to create isolated virtual environments in a very short space of time. We use it for training and product demonstrations because it is easy to recreate environments in it. The scalability is a huge plus here as it let you adjust the amount of resources dedicated to each project. Reporting features are also valuable to me as they offer detailed information on the functioning and usage of the environments, thus enabling me to fine tune them efficiently.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

A disadvantage of CloudShare is occasional fluctuation in performance especially when working with large clouds or multiple virtual instances. It seems to fare well for straightforward system topologies, yet as we progress to more complex system layouts, the system will take longer to execute tasks. This is so especially during live training sessions where a break of a few minutes may be detrimental to the training session. Moreover, it proves quite expensive, especially knew when we have to multiply when formulating strategies to be applied to larger projects.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has perfectly solved the problem of establishing valid virtual environments for our training sessions and product demonstrations. To our previous setups, this solution was beneficial as the previous ones were either time consuming or incorporated a lot of errors in the session’s quality. We can now establish very quick and stable conditions for everyone therefore improving our training initiatives and fortifying our sales pitches, which in turn translates into more positive results.

  ### 32. Great solution for Enterprise Demos and Traning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Easy if use and simplified setup and administration

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

It could provide more granularity in the spin up and down of resources in case of complex environments with a lot of vms. It is not possible yet to modify a single vm of a complex multi-vm environment

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps cresting ready-to-use repeatable environments to show our solution to customers and prospects, and to do internal and external training

  ### 33. Train with ease by CloudShare

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simoen J. | Marketer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I love that is easy to start training using CloudShare. Implementation is never this easy and able to integrate with most of the IT stack that we have in existing. VM builder setup is mostly quicker than manual setup, thus help me to always able to depend on this platform for urgent work.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Consistency with VM connectivity is something that we all need to be aware. They tend to be offline from time to time without warning.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provide demonstration session privately with customer that require more information and experience in using our product/service.

  ### 34. Now we can create test environments very quickly and easily

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maureen D. | Quality Assurance Manager, Program Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Undoubtedly, I am most fond of the fact that CloudShare allows for designing realistic and fully customizable virtual training scenarios. It has rich features which allow me to set as many labs as I want and it can meet all of our requirements making the training more effective. Moreover, the platform is very reliable, especially as it passes complex tests, which requires high stability from the program. This reliability thus helps me focus on giving useful training instead of handling technical hitches hence enhanced performance.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

CloudShare response time can be also problematic at times, especially during many concurrent accesses. This is very annoying especially in live training sessions where any interruption will cause a reduction in the level of interaction of the participating audience. Another problem which I face is that it lacks basic analytical functionalities. It lacks the granularity of how the participants are interacting with the content and this greatly hinders our ability to make improvement to our training offerings based on data analytics.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has greatly revolutionized the training learning process as compared to physical labs since they are costly and time consuming to install. As for CloudShare, I can easily build and provide the training environment to participants within a short time and regularly conduct training sessions. This has not only given us time and money back, but has also enhanced the quality of the training. It eliminates any chances of students starting with different settings, which could be disadvantageous since all students are not equal in competence level.

  ### 35. Cloudshare is great for setting up a team lab environment to test new products and features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clint J. | professional services engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I like that it is very easy to use and I don't have to purchase any software on my end.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

That it takes like 5 mins to start up our team lab. we do have roughly 20 machines so it is understandable. it also suspends after 45mins of inactivity. i prefer the machines stay up at all times.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is solving not having a lab built in my house.

  ### 36. By streamlining virtual environment setup this software significantly boosts our productivity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivier J. | Senior DevOps Engineer, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Perhaps the most valuable aspect of CloudShare is its robust cloud based virtual environments for labs as they make it easy to create and control a large number of environments. Integration with tools such as Salesforce and GitHub helps in improving our flow and everything is in sync. The self explanatory GUI makes it convenient to carry out deployment and administration of virtual environments and has really enhanced our testing and training activities.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

One big problem with CloudShare is that the environment tends to slow down during high usage which hampers the running of multiple virtual environments. This decline in performance can be discouraging and affect our business processes. In addition, the cost of using the platform is relatively high, and it becomes even more prohibitive the more we utilize it. Some of these issues have from time to time led to disruption of our project schedule and need for resources to maintain operations and prevent disruptions.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare addresses the need to manage and deploy virtual environments through the use of cloud based solution. It has been equally useful to our team’s work because it allows for the simple setup and management of intricate test and training scenarios. It has proven easier to set up and manage such scenarios which has helped us replicate the different scenes much faster and increase the efficiency of the programs thereby improving on the nature of our training programmes.

  ### 37. We streamlined virtual lab setup and management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas L. | IT Solutions Architect, Industrial Automation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

The most appealing feature of CloudShare is lab automation and its responsive console. Training environment and demonstrations of products have especially benefited from its functionality to create virtual environments. The positive aspect of merging LMS and CRM is that it enables appropriate functioning and organizing of the schedule for sessions as well as expanding the necessary number of resources. Such flexibility and user friendly operations have made a huge and positive impact to our training programs and presentation.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The one thing I have found that could be improved on CloudShare is a certain slowness that may happen when working more extensively with large virtual environments. This can distort our training sessions and product demonstrations, which in turn deteriorates the general outlook. Also, the first steps can be a bit twofold and it does take a bit more effort than seemingly expected. Occasionally, such challenges have slowed down operations or made them inefficient.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare provides a solution to the problem of managing and properly scaling the virtual environments needed for training and demos. Since it offers the means for creating and running virtual labs, it makes our training activities easier and, at the same time, improves the quality and effectiveness of our product demos. This capability helps the organization be more responsive to different needs, which can help to improve the efficiency of training, and consequently the running of demonstrations.

  ### 38. CloudShare boosts our virtual environment management and team collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas P. | Project Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I like that CloudShare has a great ease of use. The means of working with the platform to create and control virtual environments is intuitive to a great extent. The implementation process was easy enough and it smoothly merged with the rest of the software we were already using. Moreover, the customer support is always helpful and gives prompt solutions to all the issues, which help in avoiding too many interruptions at the workplace, which is a great benefit.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

What I found quite disturbing about CloudShare is that it becomes relatively slow as you try to handle large virtual environments. This sluggishness can slow down our work, especially when we need to be efficient or fast in our work. However, the cost can be expensive for small teams, and this can make it difficult to continue using it in the future. Consequently, for some of the work we have had to look at other tools.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has significantly improved how we manage virtual environments, especially for training and testing purposes. The platform has enabled us to speed up these processes, making it easier to collaborate as a team. By providing consistent and reliable resources, we can now focus more on the core tasks at hand instead of spending excessive time on setup and management.

  ### 39. Great reliable tool for managing virtual environments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aiden P. | IT Training Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

About CloudShare, what I like best is that all the tools are integrated and the data analysis is well detailed and sliced to provide several reports. As a result, these tools allow essential data about the assessment of our project’s status and further actions. The main advantage of the platform, in our case, is that it has almost no downtime, thus we can work uninterrupted, driving the desired productivity in the project. This dependability has become almost normal in our work environment, and that is why we have adapted to it.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

A significant disadvantage of using CloudShare is the relatively high costs, especially in comparison with other cloud sharing services for smaller businesses or organizations, or when one has to work on a budget project. This has at times led to a reconsideration of the usage quotas to fit with the available budget constraints. Furthermore, many features that are indeed available on the platform may not be quite intuitive, and these may sometimes interfere with our working process, as well as impose some time for training and getting used to the existing opportunities.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I must say that CloudShare has successfully solved the challenge of unequal testing environments that we once experienced. Before, if there were differences in configurations it would lead to more time spent on debugging the software. We can now easily spin up environments that are extremely similar and easily scalable with the help of CloudShare. This improvement lets us focus on adding new features instead of debugging the configuration problem. Also, the realistic emulation of real life scenarios allows for more effective testing before releasing our software to the market.

Online teaching/ training platform to update my knowledge and upskills. Test my competancy and get certificate/reward as a proof that I am skilled on module that I take.

  ### 42. We seamlessly improved development and testing processes in our business

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie P. | IT Operations Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

CloudShare has one very unique advantage that I think I can sum up as the ability to quickly provide and control virtual IT environments for testing and training purposes. The ability to create environments of various configurations so easily and then automatically including them into Jira and Jenkins is extremely convenient. This not only helps in speeding up our testing processes but also optimizes communication between the team members because we can have testing and development on the similar environment.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

One issue we have with CloudShare is that sometimes there is a slowness in performance especially when there is high traffic. This can cause longer time to wait for the environments and slow response time when working on tests, which will be disadvantageous to the timely completion of our project. In addition, reporting and monitoring are strong suits of the platform, however the assessment and analysis of the results need much time and are best performed by an expert.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the major problems CloudShare helps us to solve is provisioning and management of virtualizations which is also beneficial to our development and testing. It helps in quickly provision of the mirror image of production environment for the testing needed in the development process thus shortening our software development cycle. It enhances our deployment and testing cycle hence the productivity of the platform where our team members are effectively worshipped.

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

- Interface "look and feel" when accessing virtual machines,
- Easy way to control my student's environments,
- speed and scalability

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

- more flexible options to adjust screen resolution

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 44. Now we can streamline environment setup and management in our company

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugo B. | Software Development Manager, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

CloudShare has been very simple to use and integrating it with other programs like Jenkins and JIRA has been hassle free. Creating environments is rather easy and whenever I have some questions or issues, customer support is always right there to assist me. Measures such as the ability to define different types of virtual labs that can be created further make this tool invaluable for our team. It is especially useful during the training sessions, thus we can develop rather close to the real life cases.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

One of the main disadvanatges of CloudShare is that the configuration through the configuration process can take a considerable amount of time in the case of large environments and, as a rule, it takes a couple of days, while using it for several projects may be hampering. In addition, the updates will not occur too frequently implying that left us with bugs that may last for quite some time. This is even more challenging especially when there is strictly limited time available for doing the tasks or when there is important event or responsibility coming up.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare enhances our cloud platform utilization productivity by making the development of intricate IT systems easier and less time consuming. Jenkins integration makes the continuous integration as well as delivery procedural and systems oriented. As it focused on the ordinary difficulties, such as environment configuration, deployment, and other similar problems, it frees up time for application development and that creative and innovative decision making instead of solving complex infrastructure puzzles.

  ### 45. Platform curated with simplicity for techies

For me, and my broader collegues, we enjoy its simplicity of use, very easy to emplement solutions to support our customers in test driving our different solutions and use cases. It also presents us the opportunity to show off how our different technologies intergrate to build solutions that addresses customer challenges.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

To be honest, I don't really have anything negative to say, I like the platform.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is eliminating the challenge our partners have in maintaing costs associated with procurring demo equipment, so having our virtual labs enables them to easily access different technologies and test drive them without having to worry about any costs as this is free to them.

  ### 46. We are efficiently managing our virtual environment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario P. | Senior Executive Assistant, Motion Pictures and Film, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Probably the most outstanding aspect of CloudShare is the fact that it offers a narrow list of unique features combined with the professional guidance of its customer support system. It ensures ease of setup and hence we can easily set and integrate the complex environments without hitches, and it functions alongside our existing CRM software. It has led to better reversibility of our work, speeding up the process and lowering the occurrence of errors. The abundance of this app application has played the major role in improving our team productivity and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Despite giving almost all the benefits, CloudShare has some flaws. They are the lag in performance and the underlying platform design. We do occasionally have slowdowns that make it hard to work efficiently. That might be the case especially if it's time to process a large amount of data. The interface though not as intuitive as it should be cannot be the best option, thus causing navigation to be a bit clumsy. Such challenges provoke a slight downturn of our project schedules, ultimately adversely affecting our business efficiency.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to the efficient environment configurations that are provided by CloudShare, the preparatory phase is becoming easy to handle and the time saved is huge. For that reason, this will be our priority and routine tasks will be delegated. Within the work area of the team, the software would also improve communication as there is now an ability to make and get shared and accessible environment. With its application, we have noticeably increased the efficiency and reduced complexity of our operations.

  ### 47. It look like a real experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

It takes little time to setup the system and configure the software

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

You can't have experience for collaboration. I mean two end users are using the same experience. Aso, if possible to have this setted up for training purposes.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is not easy to setup a real system on the PC. and Coudshare helps by doing this in a more easy way

  ### 48. Great tool for labs and training!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I love the tool for virtual labs, especially with our ILT and VILT courses. Even more important is how good this product is for on-demand courses. It's so much better than hosting your own AWS instance where you have no idea how long it will be live. Plus, they're super fast to spin up! ILT integration has really enhanced our self-study courses in our LMS because they can just click a link, and it automatically spins up a lab on our users' time frame, not ours. This has been a huge win for us.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Sometimes the interface is a little cluncky. It does all it should, but sometimes WHERE to find something can be awkward, especially as they transition from an older interface to a new one. You may have to look around in both interfaces to find what you need even if the labeling is identical.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing lab environments for sales reps who need to learn our on-prem products, lab environments for our SAAS products so we can have a consistent/controlled "corporate" environment, labs for our live AND self paced training, and other things. Really, I'd completely replace using local copies of VMWare if we could afford it because it's so much easier to manage overall. We love it!

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

The built-in tools for managing a virtual classroom is better than any other option we could find in 2019. We looked again in 2020 and Cloudshare was still the best option. The easy to use classroom setup tools, ability to view every student's desktop, and student communication tools makes it a service we use for all our online software training courses.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

I wish the online classroom student communication options included a phone number for remote students to dial into. I know, it is 2023 and everyone should know how to use a mic/headset/speaker for joining meetings. However, in my industry, zoom meetings are not as ubiquitous as in other industries. Having a dial-in phone number for students as a backup would be a nice feature. We currently use Zoom for voice communications for our Cloudshare virtual classroom sessions. Cloudshare makes it fairly intuitive to integrate our Zoom link into the classroom portal.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In 2019, COVID made in-person training impossible. Cloudshare made the conversion nearly painless. Students are trained more efficiently and we are not as concerned about low student numbers. (less fixed cost per class when compare to in-person regional classes Cloudshare helped replace)
