    What do you like best?

    The flexibility and ease of which your CloudShare environment can be managed means your training environment can be managed by the people who use it, dedicated technical resources are not required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What do you dislike?

    I would like to see voice capability added so the entire training solution could be delivered by one provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

    Training delivery has traditionally been delivered on site incurring travel cost and travel time that in turn reduces the billable potential of the training team. CloudShare enables remote training capability and a more flexible training offering, ultimately CloudShare helps improve customer satisfaction and margin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What do you like best?

    Cost model. Paying for what you use. Easy to create a training, especially for a large number of students. Security is quite adequate. Auto-deletion of the finished VM's. Tech support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
