The only technical issue to date after several months of using Cloudshare for dozens of classes and courses is connecting to a Linux VM using RDP thru the Cloudshare portal/browser. I actually love that CloudShare allows us to have isolated environments for demos without changing anything in our back end. We mostly use it to train clients on our product and the environments are similar to real deployments. Plus, it also teams up just fine with our CRM flows, so we link sessions with Salesforce contacts to make tracking a breeze. This makes the new users onboarding much more engaging and less painful.
