"CloudShare improve virtual training efficiency"
What do you like best about CloudShare?

In my experience, the most valuable features by CloudShare are with its simplified training content creation module that accelerate process time in building content material for learning. It also make it easy for trainees as they can self-paced the learning session by pausing the session and resume it at any time that they are free. After all the training is complete, trainee is awarded with certificate/badges for completion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

Connectivity is the main issues when trainee has a slow connectivity speed and the training material has a large size which make the loading process taking too long to load. It think they should have tools to make the files smaller. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for custom environments and secure demos"
What do you like best about CloudShare?

What I like most about CloudShare is that it has the scalability. On larger scale projects, or small demos, it’s great for handling. With ease we can adjust what resources are based on what we need. Besides, the strong security measures, especially with access controls ensure that even sensitive data is well protected during the training or demos. Its versatility also includes flexibility to build environments for various operating systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

For CloudShare, pricing is a particular challenge with the price very quickly adding up for a larger demo or multiple environments that you need to scale up to. There’s a ton of features, but you’ll be paying for that, and it can feel like we’re paying for more capacity than we really need. That has made us more prone to deploy resources more carefully, because we aren't always getting the return on investment as clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective solutions for customer training"
What do you like best about CloudShare?

I like that when training or testing, CloudShare enables us to very easily provision development environments. The setup process is also simple, and this means that we will be able to save on a lot of time. To do this, we incorporate it with the CRM for customer training and obtain knowledge about how the users approach the content. Another advantage is that this is a cloud based application which has become crucial for our team because it is now possible to work remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

There is something that I do not like about CloudShare and that is the prices. The software is rather feature rich, yet it is expensive if you have to maintain a few environments for a longer period. This has at times forced us to reduce the number of labs that we handle, this hugely affects our capacities to expand the training, especially where it is deemed necessary. It can be quite irritating because it restricts the likelihood of how frequently we can use it in extensive training sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient setup for testing and training workflows"
What do you like best about CloudShare?

I particularly like how CloudShare is able to supply customized virtual environments for training and testing that really helps increase productivity. The feature set is huge which allows us to mimic a bunch of scenarios that we encounter in real world applications. I also like that we have strong support for custom configurations through which we can fine tune environments to satisfy our specific needs. This simplicity of training sessions and project test make it easy and secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

One drawback I’ve noticed with CloudShare is that it requires a stable, high speed internet connection to run smoothly, which can be a problem if someone is working remotely with limited access. Additionally, with so many features available, it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for new users who might not know where to start. We’ve also had a few instances where unexpected system updates interrupted our sessions, which affected our work timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective virtual labs for testing and debugging"
What do you like best about CloudShare?

The parts I like best in CloudShare about its secure and flexible virtual environments for testing apps without danger of breaking our live systems. Setting up labs quickly is easy using the platform. I like it also for integration with Jira and Slack, which adds to our collaboration. That way, my team can tackle projects better, find solutions quicker, and keep the best lines of communication throughout the life cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

CloudShare initial setup is fairly long and will take your teams a bit to become versed in the virtualization elements. We sometimes spend extra time setting up the environments and, as a result, we are late on project timelines. Furthermore, the pricing structure is very complicated, so costs cannot be calculated accurately and thus affects our financial planning. At times, to tackle these challenges, we have insufficient resources to train and troubleshoot, so we have occasionally had to dedicate more resources to training and troubleshooting. "File sharing and version control processes in our business are now really efficient"
What do you like best about CloudShare?

What is really great in CloudShare I think is that it provides users with very efficient file sharing capabilities. It allows our team to transfer huge files safely and quickly. The version control feature is also one of the main bonuses since it allows us to track document changes and do not confuse versions. This has made our project coordination easier, and everyone is informed. In other words, it has boosted our operations and reduced mistakes in all the jobs that we do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

However, there is one drawback of using CloudShare - the time it takes for customer support to get back to you. Yes the problems are solved but it may take a longer time to get the assistance. This has affected the way we work especially when we come across with some technical hitches that requires our attention. Also, the platform is sometimes unavailable, and this interferes with our projects, causing some to follow a slower pace. Such problems can be inconvenient when we work under a time constraint.
