It also saves time by offering searchable transcripts and highlighting important moments, while integrating smoothly with ZoomInfo’s data ecosystem. The most valuable feature, in my experience, is the visibility it provides into the factors that drive success. This enables teams to enhance performance, onboard new representatives more quickly, and make informed, data-driven decisions. What I find frustrating about Chorus by ZoomInfo is that, despite its strong conversation intelligence and analytics features, there are certain drawbacks that can diminish its overall value. Most notably, the cost is extremely high—quotes indicate it can reach into the tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars annually when factoring in licenses, implementation, and the necessary ecosystem requirements.
