What I find frustrating about Chorus by ZoomInfo is that, despite its strong conversation intelligence and analytics features, there are certain drawbacks that can diminish its overall value. Most notably, the cost is extremely high—quotes indicate it can reach into the tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars annually when factoring in licenses, implementation, and the necessary ecosystem requirements. What do you like best about Chorus by ZoomInfo?

I feel that Chorus has been getting a lot smoother in terms of call transcription accuracy making it much easier to pick out the important bits from conversations without having to re-listen.

I also like the newer interface. It looks cleaner and less cluttered. Another thing I’ve been liking is how the insights are more actionable now and it’s easier to actually apply what the tool highlights instead of just looking at paragraphs of data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chorus by ZoomInfo?

One thing that could be better is the speed at which the recordings and transcripts show up after calls. A lot of times there’s a lag.
