I like that Charity Engine is very detail oriented, and has potential to provide a ton of reporting and specificity, provided that the user puts in as much information as possible. While I appreciate the many intricate features of Charity Engine, I do think that the overall layout is not user friendly and intuitive, and it can be a really long ramp up to feel confident in the features and where to find important info. Also, some of the features could be set up at the same time rather than half set up in one section of the CRM, and then finished/tied together in another section.
