So many things...I thought the price was going to be the biggest benefit but the knowledge and kindness of the customer support was incredible. Charity Engine would be hard pressed to find someone more kind and competent than Michaela Hyden who helped through all of our trainings and transitions. She is awesome! I like that it's an all-in-one package that includes newsletters, events, CRM, and fundraising. We don't have to worry about separate vendors or integrations. We didn’t fully understand what was and wasn’t included in the package we signed up for, and we ended up having to make changes after the fact. In particular, we didn’t realize that sending emails from our own domain wasn’t automatically included. We’re still waiting for this feature to be enabled, and it’s taking longer than expected.
