What do you like best about CampDoc?

I appreciate the ease of use for our campers the most. Other favorable qualities are the ability to pull lists and forms instantly and how customizable the platform. The customer service has always been quick, courteous, and helpful. The price is similar to many of the other camp softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CampDoc?

What do you like best about CampDoc?

Everything is in one place. Customer support very helpful. Pretty user-friendly for camp directors, staff and families to navigate. Easily accessible from phone, laptop, etc. We can see what families see so not much confusion or arguments over things being incorrect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CampDoc?

Having specific groups / registrations can make the beginning of the off-season tough to make sure everything is how we want it to be. Add-ons, coupons, etc can be confusing for families and sometimes things are auto-generated and added even after going through Test runs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CampDoc?

Most helpful aspect of CampDoc is the online registration as well as the reporting. We used the online registration before camp and the reporting before/during/after camp. We couldn't do camp without either of those things!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CampDoc?

Would love to have the attendance section customized a bit more so it would work for our camp. We would use it for check-in at bus locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CampDoc?

It's been super user friendly for staff and parents alike. Lots of different reports we can run using a variety of filters. Easy to communicate with parents using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of our families struggled due to the lack of languages it's available in. We could have given them translations, but it really wasn't a great option either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CampDoc?

The customer support team members are far and away the most beneficial part of the CampDoc service. They are helpful and personable, providing fast turnarounds to assist in solving any confusion or technical issues, directing us to additional resources and otherwise supporting our staff who use the software. The software itself is powerful and has a notable learning curve, but upon getting past that curve users are treated to an organized, convenient, and robust system for tracking registration and other camp-adjacent information. What do you dislike about CampDoc?

The software can struggle to be user-friendly, especially if there are many individuals in administrative roles or otherwise taking responsibility for registration management. There are also a lot of features that are organization doesn't end up using, which can be cumbersome to avoid. To be fair, we aren't strictly a summer camp, so this may be an isolated issue. What do you like best about CampDoc?

CampDoc is very responsive. The customer service, really the people that work there, have been really helpful in both launching our yearly registration, as well as in the moment needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CampDoc?

Responsive time in the past has been slower than I'd like but getting better.

CampDoc has historically made it so that any edits in the onboarding process had to all go through them. They give themselves 1-2 business days to make the changes, which could be frustrating if it was just a tiny change like a date or title. But I know they are changing that and appreciate that they are giving the admins more control over the process. That allows me to make changes in the moment and move the onboarding process on faster, as well as if I need to make changes during enrollment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CampDoc?

As a small camp, the ability to integrate registration and medical documentation is a lifesaver! And since we rely on volunteer medical staff, the ease of handing a cohesive and familiar system to medical professionals for each week eases the stress of that transition each week. We have found it difficult to customize it to our camp's needs. We have discovered several workarounds to fix those issues, and the staff at CampDoc have worked well with us to find those.
