CampDoc is very easy to navigate as a provider and as a participant. This was my first year being a part of the onboarding and editing process and every step of the way the CampDoc team was so helpful with all my questions. The use of BugHerd for editing the page was equally easy to use. Making the necessary edits was simple and done within a timely manner. This is our second year using campdoc and we included registration this year. I love the payment option for parents. It is also nice not to keep track of paperwork and create endless spreadsheets. I found it easy to schedule appointments to talk to people and guide me. I love that CampDoc is a one-stop shop for our parents and guardians as they register for camp. It is also very user-friendly for us during program preperations. I can quickly access participant profiles to look at health profile information, approved pick up lists, and future registrations. I'm not sure if I would consider this a true downside, but there are so many features that CampDoc has that it does take a little while to learn everything. For our camp, we have various programs with varying needs. It's a bit hard to cater to the needs of each program. Also, it would be helpful if there were more automation capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First of all, the service is immediate and complete. I never have problems with CampDoc, but as it is a new program for us, I often ask how they do things. I get immediate responses with links to support pages and videos. Apart from that, the interface is easy to use and it's considerably cheaper than our previous software. Pretty easy to use after the initial onboarding, fairly intuitive for anyone with basic tech skills. Awesome team! Both their onboarding teams and implementation temas are great at answering questions and quick to respond. There are some features that would be helpful, like automating emails based on benchmarks, but that is more of a wish list thing than something that doesnt work well. Only downside that I have run into is some things are set formats, so it makes it diffult to customize, but those items come up infrequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of CampDoc is how responsive their team is. There are truly no stupid questions with CampDoc - they will patiently listen and respond to your multiple changes and edits and let you know if something is not possible (though that is rarely the case). Their integration of BugHerd to make it easier for program administrator to ask for changes to the user interface shows how the organization is dedicated to continuously improving their product to the benefit of their customers. We also appreciate that information carries over from year to year so camp families are not having to reenter demographic data every time they apply to one of our programs.
