I like the ability to schedule reports to run based on specific criteria and send it to the people that need them in a timely manner. We have our memberships expire on a specific date, other recreation software doesn't have that flexibility. We also bill monthly for our lockers, which is another feature that other rec softwares don't offer. It is a very versatile software. It has many modules that suit our business needs and the ability to report and link fees and criteria accordingly streamlines our processes. I also like that there is an option for us to host our own servers or use VSI's servers.
