What do you like best about CampDoc?

CampDoc provides one place for us to keep all administrative aspects of our program. They make it so easy to complete registration, send emails to families, and make sure everything is running smoothly. What do you like best about CampDoc?

I appreciate that CampDoc enables us to manage medical information securely without relying on physical forms, which is a significant improvement from our previous paper-based system. I find it quite useful for various operational tasks since it allows us to make lists, send emails, and manage registrations efficiently. This versatility in functionality adds a lot of value to our camp activities. I am also relieved that we have not encountered any bugs or software issues with CampDoc, which speaks to its reliability and stability as a platform. What do you dislike about CampDoc?

I find CampDoc not user-friendly for those unfamiliar with the system, even with instructional videos or email assistance from CampDoc team members. It requires someone at our facility to be familiar with it to teach it to new users. This can lead to under-utilization of certain tools if that knowledge is lacking. Additionally, there is a surcharge for registrations through CampDoc, which leads us to use a separate ticketing system, making the process less streamlined.
