CampDoc provides one place for us to keep all administrative aspects of our program. They make it so easy to complete registration, send emails to families, and make sure everything is running smoothly. I appreciate that CampDoc enables us to manage medical information securely without relying on physical forms, which is a significant improvement from our previous paper-based system. I am also relieved that we have not encountered any bugs or software issues with CampDoc, which speaks to its reliability and stability as a platform. I find CampDoc not user-friendly for those unfamiliar with the system, even with instructional videos or email assistance from CampDoc team members. It requires someone at our facility to be familiar with it to teach it to new users. This can lead to under-utilization of certain tools if that knowledge is lacking.
