We have been with CampDoc for a number of years and they continue to improve their software. They listen to feedback and adjust with the growing needs. What problems is CampDoc solving and how is that benefiting you? As a school, we have a number of forms that need to be collected over the course of the year. They have the flexibility to have both electronic signatures and upload of signed forms within the same space. Our families appreciate that data gets rolled over from year to year and doesn't have to be completed, but just renewed. The staff is fantastic to work with and they are constantly improving the product. When we first starting using SchoolDoc (CampDoc) all changes had to be submitted by Word to our assigned pod and emails went back and forth to update the Health Profile. A few years ago, "BugHerd" was introduced and changes were made using that feature, which eliminated many emails. Then, last year Builder was added which really refined the updating process. CampDoc is the closets program I have seen to do what is necessary for information gathering and reporting that is necessary for camp than any other software. If you are looking for a point of sale program like Camp Brain, then that is the way to go. If you use Daxko for camp and need an information gathering system, CampDoc is your program! I really appreciate how CampDoc keeps track of how much information is filled out on health profiles, which is crucial for our campers' safety and management. I also like the financial management aspect of CampDoc, as it helps track the payments, which is essential for ensuring our campers pay for their camp sessions for the summer. Furthermore, the automatic reminder emails are immensely helpful because they relieve our organization from the manual task of sending notices, ensuring that campers' families are reminded about important matters without us having to intervene constantly. This feature is particularly valuable because it streamlines our communication and ensures that all the health profile information, as well as other necessary data, are centralized and accessible in one place. CampDoc does a great job of making all records accessible, as well as responding quickly to requests, and when we have small changes that we'd like to see, they make those changes quickly. The only small nitpick is that some older users have trouble with the registration platform, but that doesn't seem to be CampDoc-specific; rather, those users often struggle with our other platforms as well.
