The initial setup wasn't difficult, and especially with Cafe24 PRO service, all the configuration is handled automatically, so users don't have to worry much about it. Having just product images is enough to complete the sales setup, which significantly reduces the resources needed for shopping mall operations. I was also impressed by how they continuously update the environment for global sales. It's great that they keep increasing the number of market integrations to make it easy to sell products across various sales channels. The automatic design setup and multilingual translation features are also very useful, and the various promotions and events that run automatically help increase product sales without requiring much effort. Most importantly, the system responds stably even when traffic spikes, and I've never experienced a site downtime, which gives me confidence in its high reliability. It's also very convenient to use services like ChannelTalk integrated through the cafe24 app store. The familiarity with the existing solution and the minimal cost are also significant advantages.
