**What do you like best about Buzzmonitor?**

I have already had the pleasure of using it on two occasions: first as an intern in CRM and currently as a project assistant.

The platform stands out for being quite comprehensive, offering agility in service, efficient customer support, and resources that enhance the quality of deliveries. Additionally, it is intuitive and easy to use, which makes the work routine more dynamic.

Another positive point is the essential tools for quality management and crisis monitoring, such as triggers, which allow for greater control and quick response in critical situations.

**What do you dislike about Buzzmonitor?**

Overall, I am quite pleased with the platform and it meets most of the day-to-day demands. However, for some more specific tasks, such as brand studies, I believe the Influencers section could be better utilized and updated, allowing for more comprehensive and strategic research.

**What problems is Buzzmonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buzzmonitor helps me solve problems related to monitoring mentions and crisis management, ensuring more agile and organized responses. Additionally, it facilitates data analysis and report generation, which optimizes decision-making and improves the quality of deliverables. This directly benefits the team, which can achieve more efficiency and assertiveness in social media strategies.

**What do you like best about Buzzmonitor?**

What I like most about Buzzmonitor is the ability to combine multiple analyses. Instead of doing everything manually and analyzing each parameter or metric separately, I can create a dashboard that allows me to visualize everything I want all at once. This not only improves data analysis but also makes it easier to detect issues or gain insights, not to mention the amount of time you save by using this platform.

**What do you dislike about Buzzmonitor?**

Nothing to complain about. It’s an excellent way to optimize your analysis.

**What problems is Buzzmonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buzzmonitor helps me compare competitor brand profiles and analyze possible brand actions, which improves engagement and reach. In addition, I can monitor all customer service interactions carried out by the brand’s social media analysts, making it possible to detect errors and make adjustments when necessary. Furthermore, Buzzmonitor makes it easier to gather metrics for the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, something that would take much longer if done manually.

**What do you like best about Buzzmonitor?**

Very resolute and fast support. Always available by email, they do not take long to respond to questions. Furthermore, it is a very intuitive and fast platform, the collection of mentions takes seconds, quickly appearing in the service queue. They do not present instabilities that affect the operation, and on the few occasions it happened, it was resolved in a few minutes. The project uses the tool every day, for more than 12 hours, and the integration between the service team and the cases happens due to routing, a tool that facilitates the control of the user's response time. It also offers many metrics, which enables various types of analyses and data readings. It can be easily implemented, the migration to buzz was smooth.

It is not yet possible to collect mentions from private

It has many tools, through which it is possible to have a quick view of the main project metrics via dashboards.

**What do you like best about Buzzmonitor?**

I really like Buzzmonitor because it organizes things very well and offers various specific features. What I truly appreciate is the fully customizable personalization, which allows me to adjust the platform to meet the demands of any company in any field. Being a CRM analyst, I find this very useful, especially since I work at a company that manages several of the largest brands and we can adapt the platform precisely for each project.

Perhaps the AI tool can be improved, but it is already very good and useful.

**What do you like best about Buzzmonitor?**

I have a very positive experience with BuzzMonitor. The tool offers a wide range of features, is intuitive, and allows you to obtain relevant information with little effort.

I especially like the ease of creating and configuring reports, as well as the convenience in setting up dashboards. I feel that I can perform all the necessary tasks without complications, both in building the reports and organizing the visualizations.

**What do you dislike about Buzzmonitor?**

One area for improvement would be the possibility of re-including URLs or hyperlinks in the dashboards, a feature that was quite useful.

**What do you like best about Buzzmonitor?**

Buzzmonitor (which we affectionately call BM) is an extremely comprehensive tool for social listening, CRM, data import and export, and has a very powerful search engine (BM trends). Customizable dashboards that allow us to create comprehensive reports for our clients, and AI insights, honestly my favorite feature, which analyzes the posts/comments/mentions in the reports and, through the artificial intelligence implemented in the platform, summarizes the buzz in a straightforward and simple text, which would take hours to analyze manually.

In other words, I love BM (BM is love) and couldn't live/work without it (BM is life), without its features and its totally intuitive design.

I don't like how effective and perfect BM is, because too much perfection irritates me... Haha, just kidding!

For me, the only flaw Buzzmonitor had was the inability to classify the sentiments of comments collected on TikTok, but this was recently implemented and it was one of the happiest days of my life, making my work and our automated reports 1000000% easier.

**What problems is Buzzmonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buzzmonitor facilitates the collection and classification of comments, posts, news, etc., which would take hours to do manually, in addition to providing various graphic formats to visualize this material and various types of groupings or segmentations of the collected data. Thanks to BM, our work is MUCH more efficient, accurate, and, above all, data-driven.

**What do you like best about Buzzmonitor?**

I use Buzzmonitor daily in my work and it has become indispensable for analysis, customer service, and social media monitoring. The platform is intuitive, with clear and customizable reports, which greatly facilitates the extraction of insights. Boolean searches and real-time monitoring help to quickly identify trends and crises. Another strong point is the support, always agile and helpful. Overall, it is a complete tool for those who work with CRM, CX, listening, and general network management.

**What do you dislike about Buzzmonitor?**

Overall, not much. The platform is really very comprehensive, but the option for dashboards could allow hyperlinking within text boxes in order to make the analyses richer. Even though this is a point that would be super important for me to implement, the Customer Success team listens to me a lot and really takes these suggestions forward, and this topic is being considered for future implementation.

Buzzmonitor helps me centralize and analyze all interactions from social networks, owned and earned media in one place, facilitating the monitoring of mentions, trends, and crises in real time. Integration with Kwai is not yet available, I can't wait for Buzzmonitor to start working with this network.
