Customizable dashboards that allow us to create comprehensive reports for our clients, and AI insights, honestly my favorite feature, which analyzes the posts/comments/mentions in the reports and, through the artificial intelligence implemented in the platform, summarizes the buzz in a straightforward and simple text, which would take hours to analyze manually.
In other words, I love BM (BM is love) and couldn't live/work without it (BM is life), without its features and its totally intuitive design.
