For example, copying and pasting texts, using filters to refine searches, and a search bar that auto populates as you attempt to find a Work Order or Purchase order. Easy to integrate programs such as Quickbooks for accounting which makes billing more efficient. That fast performance of Build Ops cloud service really shows how you can get your price value back as every dollar spent towards a project can be carefully logged and billed out within the project finishing. In case I ever run into any errors or bugs, the customer service is top notch in terms of tackling problems with the hour. The integration of Artificial Intelligence has made the workflow even faster as it corrects spelling errors in notes.

My favorite parts of BuildOps are the reporting capabilities and the continual product improvement/updates the platform provides us. We previously were unable get this level of insight into our construction projects and service jobs, nor were we able to properly manage the workflows of our people/processes within our old system. BuildOps is providing us with valuable, real-time insights and an actual useful platform to help us complete our work, and not something we need to work around. Additionally, their customer service (especially our CSM Tom Foley!) are excellent to work with.
