Project management capabilities and robust accounting software integration - excellent view of all main projects with pictures on a single screen (very powerful view)

could be a bit cheaper for small and mid-size companies

**What problems is BuildOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

field service business automation and consolidating multiple technologies within one platform - moving away from multiple tools, and using on BuildOps platform instead

I was just recently added as a user to BuildOps. Tons of interesting functionality in the platform, you can get lost in all of the available features. Getting a lot of help from BuildOps support staff during my onboarding.

**What do you dislike about BuildOps?**

It would've been somewhat challenging to learn if the support team was not there.

**What problems is BuildOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping my employer with data analysis and reports related automation tasks within the platform - saving me a ton of time.

the customer service was really helpful in running into the platform. the interface is user-friendly and workflows are great.

**What do you dislike about BuildOps?**

The only problem we faced was investing time in training, it was a bit longer than we expected

**What problems is BuildOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Much easier to manage our field service operations.

UI is fairly easy to learn, and lots of help from their support team

not much to say here, using for a bit under a year and so far like this solution a lot

Simplifies my project management and project tracking jobs -- Customer Portal helps me a lot with this

**What do you like best about BuildOps?**

I like the flexibility, friendliness, and how overall pleasant it is to work with BuildOps team. Functionality is great, yes there are plenty of other options for this type of platforms out there but BuildOps is our partner at this point. We didn't want a provider that would be a rigid giant corporation that wouldn't care about us. BuildOps ended up begin a great choice.

**What do you dislike about BuildOps?**

Nothing to complain about, they have everything an HVAC or commercial construction needs. We've been using them for over a year and there is so much functionality and technology that BuildOps offers that it is more than enough for our company.

**What problems is BuildOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, a great experience - their team is willing to work with companies like ours and listen. Something you don't always find when working with a vendor. Just try asking for some features from a similar company in the field that has thousands of customers - good luck with that. BuildOps trained us, their staff is knowledgeable in the industry, and they are open to suggestions from companies like ours.

**What do you like best about BuildOps?**

If you are in the HVAC business and have more than a dozen employees in the field - start looking at BuildOps. We have improved how we manage our jobs and increased our profitability by leveraging BuildOps know-how and reporting technology.

**What do you dislike about BuildOps?**

The learning curve, the first couple of months can be painful if you are switching from another tool as we did. Hard to let go of doing things the good old way. We had to invest a bit of time into training before making a complete jump into BuildOps platform.

**What problems is BuildOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great services and support team - very helpful and knowledgeable, I doubt that we would've received that much help from some of the other bigger companies in the field.

**What do you like best about BuildOps?**

More pros than cons that's for certain. Quoting alone has made my team way more effective. You can make adjustments, save them as templates, send them to customers, and check back to see who has accepted or who needs a call to follow up. We were spending SO MUCH time on quotes before and the new process saved the day.

**What do you dislike about BuildOps?**

Get the team on consensus when you choose new software. We made it a requirement but I realize now that we didn't talk it through enough. Made training probably more difficult than it should have been.

**What problems is BuildOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marked improvement over the last software we had.

I use this one on a daily basis for project management, job tracking, BI and data, and reporting

**What do you dislike about BuildOps?**

So far, I like everything about this software - very easy for me to take my construction project data and operations data, and move it to Tableau

**What problems is BuildOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like them a lot, great team - reach out to them for advice and assistance every couple weeks (they have taught me a lot)

They've improved project management capabilities - a pretty awesome set of features now. Like reporting, scheduling and dispatch features, quoting is pretty good too.

**What do you dislike about BuildOps?**

Reporting is great, but it's more on the BI side and takes some time to learn.

**What problems is BuildOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, good experience so far, really impressed with their support team and customer are guys - they do a really good job at training new customers. Lots of people that are both knowledgeable about the industry and product!

We would like to see BuildOps deliver even more integrations.

Tracking (teams, assets, jobs, quotes we made and more) - the biggest challenge for us was finding the platform that would centralize our work. BuildOps solved this challenge for us.

I like every bit of their platform - have been using it for close to a year; Mostly in project management, CRM, and job tracking capabilities.

Being more efficient and precise at tracking and managing big construction projects and jobs.

Asset tracking, jobs  creation, really all of the FSM type functionality is excellent

**What do you dislike about BuildOps?**

Would like to see more of the API integration with some of the specialty architecture tools I use

Strong platform, with great support. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a construction erp type platform.

there are a lot of pre-created reports in the platform - it would be easier if they are grouped into categories.

addressing our growth needs with automation and software - we were to reliant on manual ways of doing things before BuildOps

I really like the dispatch board, scheduling, and jobs management related features.

It takes time to learn, and master. Otherwise great piece of technology for anyone in HVAC line of business.

Customer support and their training specialists did an amazing job. My biggest challenge 
right now is onboarding all of my team onto the platform at the same time.

Mobile features are awesome, our techs save a lot of time - way less paperwork at the end of the day

could use a bit more dashboards to start from, but than again - customer success can help you build more

Reducing the amount of paperwork field technicians need to do when they are out on the job!

The survey and estimating app is great! And, it can work offline as well, for trying to survey in boiler rooms, building interiors, etc.   Attach photos to the survey, and let everyone see what you saw when getting an approval to propose.   

**What do you dislike about BuildOps?**

Nothing to dislike, they figured it out


**Recommendations to others considering BuildOps:**

I have been testing and using Sharkbyte for a number of months now, and as an HVAC service industry consultant, I have to say that this is one spectacular CRM.     Without a doubt, this CRM will dramatically reduce the time it takes to generate proposals.   And, the reporting for management is equally impressive.   These folks obviously understand the industry, and how to improve efficiency.

**What problems is BuildOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows sales people to perform all the necessary tasks from cold calls through booking papers, all online and with no duplication of data.   Particularly impressive is the survey/estimating app.   This tool allows you to survey a facility for service, and estimates a maintenance agreement from that data instantly!
