"Buffer manages your social media pipeline"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I love that I can customize the posts for each different platform I plan to post on. It really helps cater the message to the audience that uses different social media sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Sometimes the interface can get a bit wonky in Chrome but as I have used it more, I have adapted to that. I think that ensuring the default view for the posting calendar is the same as it was when I last used the site (rather than reverting to month, week, or day) would be helpful. "Buffer Will Let You Handle Your Social Media Efforts More Efficiently."
What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer has been a game-changer for me in terms of managing my social media accounts, and I've been using it for years. The platform's scheduling function has saved my life, and it's straightforward to use overall. Since I can schedule my social media postings in advance, I have more time in the day to do other things.

As an added bonus, the analytics function is top-notch, providing me with in-depth information on the performance of my postings across all of my channels. Whenever time I have a question, the support service has been fast to answer and very helpful.

In conclusion, Buffer is an excellent choice for anyone seeking to save time managing their social media accounts. I was able to increase my visibility and interaction on social media with the help of this dependable and straightforward application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I've used Buffer for years and have no complaints. The straightforward platform makes managing many social media accounts easier. The scheduling function has helped me plan and produce content ahead of time. My social media performance is also shown via analytics. Buffer has exceeded my expectations, and I've had no troubles." "An essential management tool"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I find Buffer to be an incredibly powerful and easy-to-use tool for managing my social media presence. It's seamless integration of various features, including texting images before sharing them on any network or scheduling posts across multiple channels, makes it a breeze to use. I can send content that has been vetted before it is published because the interface is not only fast and intuitive, but also offers excellent review systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

It is extremely frustrating for me not to receive email notifications when something goes wrong with a post. In addition, Buffer's inability to schedule multiple photos in Instagram posts is extremely inconvenient. Additionally, I'm disappointed that it's not easier to adjust photo sizes within the Instagram application; the process feels tedious and time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easily organize your company's social media needs with Buffer"
What do you like best about Buffer?

My favorite feature of Buffer was the calendar. It allowed you to seemlessly ensure you had full-day coverage across all your social channels. This allowed me to stay organized and make future planning for my posts a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

During my business with Buffer they only allowed/offered scheduling with Twitter. Integrations with other social media platforms happened after I was no longer using this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent option for simplifying and improving the management of our social networks"
What do you like best about Buffer?

It seems a program with great effectiveness and, above all, dynamic at the time to manage and correctly manage all social networks, either Pinterest, Facebook, or Twitter, among others, from one place. It has a set of automated publishing tools simplifying even the peak hours of visualization in each of our platforms, has a quality interface making Buffer an option of great strength and best of all is the price that makes it accessible to anyone who wants an incredible effectiveness for a considerable cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Buffer's performance tends to slow down, crashing when we need to upload multiple images or manage various accounts automatically simultaneously, bringing us a bit of a delay as our team works on different projects throughout the month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use - clean interface"
What do you like best about Buffer?

How easy it is to use and has a clean interface. I like being able to separate posts by campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

It is a straightforward tool, which is nice but also Loomly or Hootsuite might be a better fit for someone looking for more robust tools like advertising or collaboration. The price has also increased over the years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice social media management tool for medium size companies."
What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer is a fantastic social media management platform. Currently we are using buffer for creating, publishing and scheduling of posts across our multiple social media platforms. Buffer has great chrome plugins and aslo I like aslo how we are able to post directly into Instagram. It easy to track schedule post using this platform and their pricing is very fair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

No live support either through phone or live chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top tier tool for social media scheduling and management"
What do you like best about Buffer?

Content scheduling to various social media platforms from a single dashboard is made possible and seamless with Buffer. The user interface is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

The mobile app isn't as seamless as the web version. I guess this isn't an issue for many as most people prefer to work pon their computers. I do a lot of repetitive tasks on the move so it kind of is a big deal for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
