I think their customer service is horrendous. It's impossible to get support from them. We've been using Broadly for years, and they have gone downhill.

I like having quick, easy access to reviews as they come in and the ability to reply within Broadly. It is also nice to see statistics on how technicians are performing.

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

I do sometimes find it is faster to just reply to a review from the platform it was posted on. However, I think this would not be true if I had many platforms to manage at once.

**What problems is Broadly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Broadly gives us a platform to see our incoming reviews, reply to them, and track our performance. This helps us to keep track of which new reviews have come in and been followed up on.

**What do you like best about Broadly?**

Text reviews. This was the only feature we were interested in.

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

We received about 20 reviews over a 9-month period broadly. We received the same amount of reviews by just emailing the client a google review link. We were not interested in broadly for anything except the text for reviews feature. We have sent broadly links to over 150 clients this year, and have gotten 20 reviews. We also requested on sign up to be put on a month-to-month plan, which our salesman agreed to.

We made the decision to part ways with broadly and contacted the support team. The Broadly support team quoted a 12 month contract, cancelation fees, etc etc. I explained that we have paid $2,520 for 20 reviews. This is not what we were promised. And the decision to be put on a month to month plan apparently got "lost" in their records.

Broadly is trying to milk us for another 2 months before cancellation. There are many better and less expensive services out there. 

Overall, broadly fell very short of what was promised. And unfortunately, their customer service is poor at best.

At the moment, they are causing us problems.

The people that work their don't try to oversell you, and they know their product.
The e mail blast was very successful, and the price was right. The way they handle the

I've been in business for almost 50 years , and in that time I've Dealt  with many types of company's who are going to "help me double my car count" . We all know that's Bologna.....  They never promised the world, just improvement. It did. There is nothing to dislike , unless you dislike paying for their service's

Don't waist you time or money, get into the Broadly program , you won't be disappointed.

One to one private message to my customers after they review.
And the ability to fix a problem before it become too late and you've 
Lost a customer or the family for a misunderstanding.

- Webchat - we've been able to engage with customers online
- Auto-Review Request - it automatically sends text messages out after a job is done
- Communication - texting has been great for us to connect with customers

- Not enough auto features. I wish it auto-sent out appointment reminders, etc.

Broadly is truly a great software and worth every penny. Their staff is easy to deal with and they do everything they need to, to find the right answers to any question or issue you may encounter.

No need to continually follow up with customers regarding reviews regarding their  experience with my business. Broadly makes it easier for the business owner and their customers.

We have been serving our community for over 30 years (before the internet was popular).   We had never mastered success getting customers to give us a review even when we exceeded their expectations.  Since we have partnered up with Broadly, we have received many amazing and uplifting reviews which lets us know our technicians are going the extra mile for our customers!

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

What's not to like?  They are always able to help us if we have a question.   If they aren't sure how to advise us, they work hard to figure it out!

What are you waiting for?  Increase your visibility with more reviews!  If you aren't sure, you can use the trial and I guarantee you will see the benefit the first month and turn your trial into a years subscription!

We no longer have to harp on our technicians to request a review from our customers, because Broadly now does that for us!  We are able to set up competitions with our technicians when the customer mentions them in the review.  The great reviews are always a lift to the technicians as well and a benefit to our family owned business!

Broadly is easy to use, you don't need to be tech-savvy to send reviews, respond to web chats from customers or request payments.

Their software does not allow you to connect multiple GoogeMyBusiness stores under one account, you need separate accounts which end up costing more money.

**What do you like best about Broadly?**

Broadly has saved me hours of time by completely automating the client review process. Setting up custom forms and following up with clients was very time consuming. Once we signed up with Broadly our reviews skyrocketed and all we had to do was watch them roll in.

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

Some of the features, like Web Chat, we would never use. It would be nice to have different levels of service.

**What problems is Broadly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting my clients to do reviews, even with emails, was difficult. Having the requests texted to clients and the simplicity of them being able to respond gets a much better response. The follow up emails for those clients that don't text or forget have been great as well.

I wish the email and/or phone field was required on the online chat. Sometimes people don’t fill it in and we have no way to get back to them if they’re already off the webpage

We really can’t recommend it enough. It seemed like some big sticker shock at first but it’s really worth the money.

We could never get clients to leave us positive reviews, people only leave them when they’re unhappy, you don’t think about it when you love a place. So now our regulars who have loved us for years are prompted to review us and they actually do.

**What do you like best about Broadly?**

Broadly allows for streamlined integration to seek feedback, gather reviews and communicate with customers directly.  The system is easy to use from desktop or phone.  The "not recommended" feature asking customers to leave direct feedback for the owner/manager has saved us several times from negative reviews on social media platforms.  We are offered the opportunity to reach out to the customer directly, and I think a few of our customers have been pleasantly surprised to know the feedback is getting straight to someone who can solve the problem.

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

The only downside is not directly related to Broadly, but since the integration is automatic, you must quickly disable notifications if you know a customer has had a less than stellar experience and you've already handled the situation.  Sometimes the outreach from Broadly acts to "take the scab" off a situation that has already been handled.  Communication with the team is essential in alerting a manager to disable notifications.  BUT the fact that you CAN do this is also a plus!

I loved the integration with our software--no contacts to import!  That probably is one of the best features!

**What problems is Broadly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Negative reviews--people just want to vent.  Broadly gives the opportunity for customers to "vent" and be heard without a public forum.  And gives our business an opportunity to salvage the situation before it hits social media.

It makes communication with clients easy and seamless. You can just click a button to send them a review link, and in a few easy steps they can give you their feedback. The thing I like the most is the way the software organizes who you've sent messages to last, so it makes it easy to track and respond in a timely manner.

I can't think of anything to that I dislike.

Easy follow up with current customers and new leads. Sometimes we forget to respond, and it would be nice to have a reminder sent if we don't follow up.

Inexpensive compared to other companies doing similar things.  Good results, very little work on my part.

The integration took some initial work, but we got it worked out.

Look at a few options and decide what you want.  Make sure that if you want any integrations that you will get exactly what you are after.

**What problems is Broadly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get more reviews, and have a chance to catch some unhappy customers and resolve the issue before we get a bad review.  It does this for us automatically, without anyone in my office really having to do much.  

The webchat feature also catches a lead for us on occassion.  We have other ways for customers to engage with us online, but this is included with Broadly and is very easy for multiple people at my company to be able to jump into the conversation when it's needed.

As I titled it this service rocks, We have had 1000% increase in Google reviews in just the 12 months we have been using Broadly. Before Broadly we had a couple reviews and how have over 10X that amount. also love the daily reports of when someone gives us a thumbs up and/or leaves a Google review.

Nothing really to complain about at this time the service has been working great.

Try it on a trial basis you will not be disappointed I don't think.

Gaining more online reviews, engaging with more customers, and having a review service that is automated our last review service was not automated and our technicians had to ask the customer for a review then open an app and enter all of the customers info.

Easy.  Allows us to get ahead of negative feedback and gives us an opportunity to make it right before it goes live.  Integrates with our google, Facebook, and service titan programs.

Our technicians were concerned that without sending the invite while they are in the home that they would receive less reviews.  We have not seen a decrease and have actually had more immediate results than our previous platform.

What's not to like.  We have been a customer since May 2017 and have hundreds of positive reviews.

Broadly is an instant way to have better results online.

Customers can reach out directly with issues and they can be handled effectively.  Most customers will not go out of their way to leave positive feedback, broadly makes it easy and our ratings and number of reviews have gone up considerably.

We have really benefitted from the online chat feature that Broadly offers.   Our customers use this regularly to communicate with us and it has helped to streamline the process.

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

The only thing that I can put here is that I don’t fully know what to do with the information provided when a customer recommends us but doesn’t leave a review. It’s good to know though. 

**What problems is Broadly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While we seem to always get people leaving reviews, this service has certainly helped to increase the frequency of those reviews.  I like that it is a clean, seamless process.  Even when customers do t leave any review or feedback I think it’s a great way to close out the transaction and it allows them to have a consistent impression of our business interaction with them beginning to end.

**What do you like best about Broadly?**

The bottom line we are able to receive not only positive feedback but also receive negative feedback that allows us to address the issue before we lose a customer.   The number one response when fielding new calls is I saw your reviews on Google.   This is really a great starter because we are not the lowest price oil company.   Customers seem to want us because of the positive online reviews.   

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

Nothing really anything.   Its easy to use.  Feedback is immediate.  I have had some opportunities to respond to negative reviews and turn them around.   Great Job

Maybe have a way of inputting repeat customers without having to reenter the customers information twice.

**What problems is Broadly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we are somewhat relieving is the low price oil competition.   The reviews allows me to talk about something other than price.   It allows the prospect to see the benefits we are conveying to our customer base.   It changes the conversation and gives us a chance for a conversion.

The number of reviews this elicits from our clients improves our standings on Yelp, which in turn lead to more calls, which lead to more reviews. Have I mentioned that this has been the best marketing program we have had from the beginning.

We've been using Broadly for a few months, switching from Customer Lobby. There hasn't been enough time that has went by for us to know if we dislike anything yet. So far we've been extremely pleased with the product and service. Our account rep always gets back to me quickly, performs monthly checkins and so on. I love the ease of entering customers information. The ability to search in the app to see if the customer is already entered is a great addition to the system. The customization of the thank you note is also a nice addition.

Everything I didn't like has been fixed.

I was having a difficult time getting reviews from clients, and with the Broadly system, it has been extremely easy to send them ways to leave us reviews. I can search to see if I have already sent the option to customers so that I don't overwhelm them. It is also a great way to send a brief thank you to everyone.

It does what it says it does: generates a high volume of positive reviews

1. No API to pass data back into our company’s in-house built CRM 
2. Not a flexible product whatsoever. Of everything we wanted in a product, it hardly satisfies half of the list 
3. The dashboard is pretty useless for our big business, especially considering we have multiple employees servicing a single customer. So we still have to do manual data crunching.
4. As of a month ago, Broadly prompts UNHAPPY customers with the option to post a review online. They said it has to do with Google compliance.
