**What do you like best about Broadly?**

The setup process is simple and then it is self maintaining for any new customers that you add to your customer list and Quickbook invoices.

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

There is not anything in particular that I dislike but cost is always a factor.

We like that there is consistant contact with the customers

**What do you like best about Broadly?**

Broadly makes it easy for me to get reviews and feedback from clients. I'm able to submit client names & email addresses to a custom URL and then a branded email goes out to the client with my business logo and it says "hey, thanks for letting us help you.  How did it go.. ?" but in a much more professional way.  I used to get reviews a few times a year, now I get them a few times a month!! 

I also love that my rep knows me and helps me when I have questions, comments or concerns. I have been able to reach my contact person via phone or email whenever I've needed help.

The set up was super easy, the Broadly team added my logo, added the "reviews page" to my WP site and let me customize the messages to fit my personalty/ business style.

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

I think there is a portal or some sort of internal page for Broadly that I don't have access to.  I believe it's coming but hasn't arrived yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Broadly:**

I have had wonderful success.  Check out my Yelp or Google page and you'll see that I'm consistently getting reviews and that previously it was super rare.

**What problems is Broadly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wasn't getting reviews from clients.  I have ~30 clients at a time and maybe a few one-off clients each month.  I'm now getting reviews from my solid base of clients who have been happy for year(s) and haven't taken the time to review me.  This is driving more potential clients to my business.

I am hoping they will offer other services like appointment confirmation soon!

It’s not too good to be true! I enjoy being able to connect with happy customers and the ones that may need to talk about a less than satisfactory experience. It helps my staff grow and keeps the bad reviews form being public

Great way to get positive online reviews. All of my reviews are 5 star. The app follows up with customers to get feedback

Nothing. The app doesn’t have any downside that I can see.

Great way to increase positive online reviews. If you cancel the service, the reviews are forever

**What do you like best about Broadly?**

The system is easy to use and gets results! We started using Broadly in hopes of getting 50 Google reviews in less than 6 months - Our expectations were far exceeded this month when we now have over 100 Google reviews. We are also able to get immediate feedback from our customers right after their work is completed. Our overall customer satisfaction is improved because we contact our customer within 24 hours of their service. This is something that would have been too time consuming to complete without Broadly. Their customer service is beyond exceptional too!

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

I honestly can't think of a negative to say. This is software was the best decision our company ever made! I'd like to be able to add something here to make the credibility of my review better, but I can  honestly say, we have not had one single problem upon signing up and using this software.

I HIGHLY recommend Broadly! Our best business decision in the last 8 months!

**What problems is Broadly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to get our customers to give us reviews on Google and Yelp... making it both easy for our customer and easy for us (business owners)! We can also easily address disgruntled customer issues immediately - and in the privacy of our email (or phone calls) as opposed to the more public Google and Yelp platforms... oftentimes turning disgruntled customers to 5-star review customers!

**What do you like best about Broadly?**

Broadly has really revolutionized our online review ratio!  Almost immediately we saw a drastic increase in the overall number of online reviews which of course has helped to increase our SEO standing.  We love the fact that with every submitted review - our own website is updated to reflect current patient feedback!  We also really appreciate the quick response time as we are able to immediately identify any patient who may have had less than a 5 star experience.  Having this information allows us to immediately reach out and correct any issues and maintain our patient base!  We simply couldn't be happier with Broadly!

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

There are really not many aspects that are not covered by Broadly - but if I had to list a negative, it would be only that the original product did not "read" Dentrix Enterprise (the product worked with Core).  Since then the Broadly support team has been nothing but helpful in quickly creating shortcuts for our manual uploads (takes only a matter of minutes for all offices).  Best of all - Broadly is currently working to create codes and scripts to allow the automation of these uploads between Dentrix Enterprise and Broadly :)

**What problems is Broadly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I listed above - we have seen an immediate and measurable uptick in our online presence since purchasing the Broadly software system.  This has helped our offices increase the overall number of new patients as well as pushing our SEO ranking to a much higher position.  We struggled for years to find an efficient and measurable solution to increasing our online presence and Broadly has really helped us accomplished these goals.

The business benefit I found was it me off the ground in the way of internet exposure.  By having beautiful reviews from my clients to reference, I have transformed and clarified the work I do, allowing to be even more effective.

**What do you like best about Broadly?**

You really do get results, as advertised. Been at the same company for 10 years. This is the first and only advertising and helpful site that we've paid money for and actually been able to see the results. Post the results to our website. Communicate and get feedback with clients. It is wonderful!

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

I truly cannot think at this time anything i am unhappy with. At first i didn't have too much faith in the pricing versus results. My mind has changed, its been worth every penny.

**Recommendations to others considering Broadly:**

If you have no reviews on google, barely show up on search engines, don't fall for the people who promise #1. You get real reviews from real clients and see actual results.

**What problems is Broadly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a company who has been in business since 1945 we have maintained alot of the clients we've had over the decades. However getting our name to show up on google at the top, and getting more results and reviews have always been a challenge. We are getting our name on google. We are getting results. All those other advertising sites promise to bump you up and 2 years down the road nothing. I go on google i see the results i see the numbers going up, i see the results on yelp. I can see the money is actually being put to use. Broadly works with you to help you get the results you want. There are no empty promises. If you want results/advertising/ reviews to show, these are the people for you.

They do the one thing I feel is most important to my business, they get social reviews for me. Since using broadly, the percentage of jobs coming in from social reviews is staggering. I would not be in the position I am in now if it weren't for the amazing service broadly provides.

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

They cost more than I wanted to spend for that service. Do not confuse that statement with value. They are far more valuable than they charge.

If you're simply do not have the time to get the reviews that you deserve and that our society has come to count on, then you must use Broadly's Services. It's plain and simple.

The problems I am solving or the same as the benefits I am realizing. I do my best to earn good reviews, but many customers do not go in and leave good reviews on their own. Broadly to the rescue.

I love that I can sit back and let Broadly do so much of the work for me!  Their customer service is unparalleled, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Reaching out to our customers post-transaction is so important, but it can be very timeconsuming. Having Broadly there to help with outreach has been such great help.

Nothing comes to mind, their service has been great so far.

It is tough to chase positive reviews from your customers, yet it's a must to have them. As a small business owner I have so many other things to do.  Broadly has taken that off my shoulders at an affordable price.

My contacts at Broadly are great to work with.  The team has consistently provided excellent customer service; responding to requests in a timely manner, looking into issues immediately and quickly turning around work orders as scheduled.

**What do you dislike about Broadly?**

Nothing to dislike at the moment.  My client had gotten off to a rocky start with our initial Broadly rep nearly two years back.  In short order, Broadly made a site visit, assigned another rep and we've enjoyed a solid working relationship since.

My client  hired Broadly to create their online presence.  Adding an email marketing and communications campaign has increased customer awareness and contributed to a 30% growth rate.
