What do you like best about BrandMentions?

I really like the email digests. I’m super busy running the shop and I don't always have time to log into a "dashboard". Getting a clean email every morning that says "Hey, 5 people mentioned your bakery today" is perfect. It even found a TikTok where someone was showing off our sourdough and it went semi-viral! I would have totally missed that and lost the chance to comment and thank them if it wasnt for the alerts. It makes me feel like I actually have a PR team even though it’s just me and a laptop. What do you like best about BrandMentions?

I really like how easy it is to track competitors’ mentions alongside our own brand mentions, all in one place. Setting up separate projects for different competitors or product lines is very flexible and helps keep everything well organized. This makes it much easier to monitor specific markets, campaigns, or product launches without mixing data. What do you dislike about BrandMentions?

What do you like best about BrandMentions?

In addition to monitoring our won brand activity, we rely on Brandmentions to keep track of competitor visibility across different online sources. The alert feature is particularly valuable because it immediately notifies us whenever competitors are mentioned in article, blogs or online conversations. What do you dislike about BrandMentions?

I mainly use BrandMentions for monitoring across multiple platforms, which simplifies my reporting process. It's convenient as everything is centralized in one place, saving me from manually searching for where a brand is being talked about. The biggest benefit for me is how much time it saves on a daily basis. Especially when managing multiple clients, I need something that can keep up. What do you like best about BrandMentions?

I use BrandMentions mainly for link building, especially to find websites that mention our brand but don't link back, which helps us create high-quality backlinks. It effectively identifies missed link opportunities by tracking brand mentions without backlinks, key in improving our domain authority. I like how BrandMentions consistently surfaces niche blogs and sites mentioning us without linking, giving us easy opportunities for backlinks. Additionally, I appreciate BrandMentions for being much faster than Sprout Social when it comes to real-time monitoring. The initial setup of BrandMentions was straightforward and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about BrandMentions?

One thing that could be improved is the export functionality; I wish there was a better and more seamless way to export all the data directly into a Google Sheet. What do you like best about BrandMentions?

I use BrandMentions mainly for branding monitoring and client reporting, which helps me track online mentions and generate customized reports that I can present to clients with white label branding. I find it incredibly helpful that BrandMentions solves the problem of manual reporting and scattered monitoring data by automatically collecting mentions and generating customized reports, which saves my team a lot of time. I'm almost too dependent on the alerts now. Every time I see a red notification, my stomach drops a little. But that's not really the tool's fault. Honestly? The report customization is what sold me. I’ve used tools where you’re basically stuck with whatever template they give you. With BrandMentions I can adjust almost everything , filters, metrics, layouts, exports, it’s actually flexible.
