The AI summaries actually make sense. I spent hours wading through junk mentions just to find the stuff that mattered. Now I open the dashboard and get a clean breakdown of what's important, already sorted by sentiment. It's honestly life-changing. What do you dislike about BrandMentions?

I'm almost too dependent on the alerts now. Every time I see a red notification, my stomach drops a little. But that's not really the tool's fault. It picks up mentions from everywhere. I track across different countries and languages, and this is the first tool that actually works as advertised. What do you dislike about BrandMentions?

I would really appreciate having more transparent customization options for the proprietary influencer scoring algorithm directly in the UI. Working in vacation packages measn our reputation lives by what travelers say online. Brandmentions has given us a way to listen at scale. Instead of manually checking TripAdvisory, Facebook groups, or travel blogs, we now get consolidated alerts in real time. What I love most is the sentiment breakdown, It doesn't just tell us if people are happy or upset, It shows why.
