What do you like best about BrandMentions?

I really like the email digests. I’m super busy running the shop and I don't always have time to log into a "dashboard". Getting a clean email every morning that says "Hey, 5 people mentioned your bakery today" is perfect. It even found a TikTok where someone was showing off our sourdough and it went semi-viral! I would have totally missed that and lost the chance to comment and thank them if it wasnt for the alerts. It makes me feel like I actually have a PR team even though it’s just me and a laptop. What do you like best about BrandMentions?

In addition to monitoring our own brand, we use BrandMentions to keep an eye on competitor mentions across online sources. The alert system helps us stay aware when competitors are referenced in articles, blog posts, or public discussions. The dashboard makes it easy to review recent mentions and filter results by source or timeframe. I really like how easy it is to track competitors’ mentions alongside our own brand mentions, all in one place. Setting up separate projects for different competitors or product lines is very flexible and helps keep everything well organized. This makes it much easier to monitor specific markets, campaigns, or product launches without mixing data. The AI summaries actually make sense. I spent hours wading through junk mentions just to find the stuff that mattered. I'm almost too dependent on the alerts now. Every time I see a red notification, my stomach drops a little. But that's not really the tool's fault. Honestly? The report customization is what sold me. I’ve used tools where you’re basically stuck with whatever template they give you. With BrandMentions I can adjust almost everything , filters, metrics, layouts, exports, it’s actually flexible. It picks up mentions from everywhere. I track across different countries and languages, and this is the first tool that actually works as advertised.
