"Reliable social listening at a fair cost"

What do you like best about BrandMentions?

I've tried a few social listening tools in the past at our agency but BrandMentions is the first one that actually delivers what I need. It picks up mentions from places other tools seem to miss (we focused on Bluesky and TikTok and News mainly). I really like how intuitive the interface is so i didn't spent much time training my colleagues, they figured it out themselves. It just works, and that’s refreshing. What do you dislike about BrandMentions?

There isn’t much downside to mention, the only thing was choosing the right package for us from the first time, we didn’t know what to choose but they helped out here so no problem there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrandMentions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a bunch of targeted marketing campaigns running in the same time and it has getting very difficult to follow everything that happened. And we started looking for a good social listening app. The problem with other apps we tried was that they were not reporting everything or they reported but we needed to connect our own accounts. BrandMentions allowed us to monitor even the feeds of the profiles we were monitoring and also gave us cool insights, the metrics we needed, everything aggregated in good looking reports. "Truly User-Friendly UI with Robust Reporting for the Price"

What do you like best about BrandMentions?

The user-friendly interface is actually user-friendly, not just "marketing-speak" friendly. It's rare to find a tool that balances deep data with a UI that doesn't give you a headache. The report generation is also very robust for the price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
