We're a small agency so budget matters a lot. what I like most is the variety of report type, competitive analysis sentiment, performance overview, etc. And they're not ''basic'' reports either you can tweak them a lot it works for both our senior strategist and interns, which I didn't expect. Brandmentions is honestly very intuitive. I didn't feel overwhelmed. What impressed me the most is how many reporting options there are. You can keep it simple or go very detailed. Within days, itbecame clear just how powerful BrandMentions tool is. Thanks to the real-time alerts and sentiment analysis, we were able to address a misunderstanding about our product early on. What could’ve escalated into a PR crisis ended up becoming an opportunity to show transparency and care toward our customers.
