"Easy Navigation, Rich Connectors, and Strong Support on the Boomi Platform"
What do you like best about Boomi?

There are few things I like about Boomi Platform as below:

1. Easy navigation through it's features and components. After new global version release boomi it is easy to navigate through as there are changes in user interface.

2. Implementing requirements is quite easy as it provides abundance of connectors which can connect several systems such as servers, ERP, CRM systems, etc.

3. Boomi has clear and concise support in various forms such as well maintained documentation, articles, boomi dedicated AI studio and boomi community.

4. I am using Boomi everyday as a boomi developer and it provides better tasks as well as time management.

5. Integration is easy as it supports features such as inheritence, better readability, better organization, encapsulation, API's design and implementation, Authentication and lots of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Lot of manual configuration while configuring few components such as Map shape, Map functions, Set properties shape.

2. Large process execution limition on canvas. Not more than 10 MB can be execute on canvas.

3. Loading time can be reduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Middleware with Initial Setup Challenges"
What do you like best about Boomi?

I think what we like about Boomi is the uptime and the API, which is very robust and constantly being innovative. It's great that it easily connects with platforms like AWS as well. We recently started using Boomi with AWS, and although there was a bit of a learning curve, once we got there, it was fantastic. We have been able to create queues in AWS, and Boomi has done a great job making calls to our ERP while checking concurrency. This really helps us assess how much data we can push into the ERP at any given time, depending on user activity. Also, Boomi is constantly developing its features for the future. They're using AI to trigger alerts when something goes wrong or to find anomalies in the data, which then sends an email to our BA team to help them make faster decisions. I appreciate these aspects of Boomi a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boomi?

Sometimes there are server restarts in Boomi, which can cause some transactions to be lost. It's a bit of a hassle because we have to find out which transactions were successfully imported and which weren't after a restart. It would be better if this issue was fixed so we wouldn't have to spend so much time dealing with transaction failures due to server restarts. Also, while Boomi is easy to use once it's set up, it's crucial to get the right people to set it up correctly. Just paying for the software doesn't bring efficiency; you have to invest in the right expertise upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bhoomi iPaas: single solution for multiple integration"
What do you like best about Boomi?

One of the new things I really like about Boomi is its improved low-code interface and enhanced API management capabilities. The platform now offers better visibility through real-time monitoring dashboards and more robust error handling, which makes troubleshooting much easier. I also appreciate the growing library of connectors and the seamless cloud-native architecture that supports faster deployment and scalability. These enhancements make Boomi more efficient for handling complex integration scenarios across multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boomi?

Boomi can improve by expanding its library of pre-built connectors for niche and emerging applications. In some cases, custom configuration is still required where a direct connector is not available. The user interface, while powerful, can feel complex for new users and may benefit from simplified navigation and more guided tutorials. Additionally, pricing transparency and more detailed documentation for advanced use cases would further enhance the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boomi: Effortless Integration with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Boomi?

I really like the wide variety of options Boomi provides for building, deploying integrations, and handling insights and performance. Boomi AI is a standout feature for me because it helps us work on integrations daily and resolve errors quickly when we get stuck. Boomi makes my daily job a bit easier and more creative, allowing me to dive deeper into learning new things and improving the quality and performance of our integrations. The initial setup was straightforward, and the Boomi team was greatly supportive, attentive, and cooperative, which I appreciated a lot. I'm pleased to be part of the Boomi community. What do you dislike about Boomi?

I find the Boomi AI agent a bit lacking because it's stuck when it comes to correcting spelling or grammatical mistakes. It struggles with understanding what we want to convey, especially if there are sentence order issues. It often replies that it can only answer questions directly about Boomi, even when we ask relevant questions related to integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integration, Impressive Flexibility"
What do you like best about Boomi?

I like using Boomi for both application to application and B to B integration. It's great for integrating data between systems and exposing reusable APIs. We use Boomi to connect our ERP system, allowing us to pull and push transactional data and convert it into different formats like XML to FF or vice versa. I also appreciate the SAP JCO connector, which helps us connect to SAP and transfer data via IDOCs. The initial setup of Boomi is very simple, which is a huge plus for my team. What do you dislike about Boomi?

Boomi is catching up with the AI agents which other iPaaS platforms already have those functionalities available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boomi - Powerhouse to integrate business usecases"
What do you like best about Boomi?

1. First and foremost, it's easy to adapt for any kind of integration with all kinds of technologies, without worrying about any system complexity.

2. Then, as we know, it's a low-code platform that also helps developers to use it without requiring any coding background.

3. Provides varieties of services under single roof, like API management, MDH, Event Stream, Integration, etc., to deliver the complete package for customer requirements.

4. Its customer support is pretty great, as it provides real-time support, and at its community page we able to find almost all kinds of scenarios when we stuck somewhere in building a solution.

5. Boomi documentation is also great, delivers the complete knowledge of all the services and their components available in it.

6. To set up/implement boomi on any system is also easy, as it is completely cloud-based and requires minimalist resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boomi?

1. As it is completely low-code platform, this thing sometimes creates a mess while building some complex solution, because at that time we need to use multiple boomi shapes for a single thing, like removing the duplicacy or sorting some records.

2. It doesn't provides the functionality to low-down certain components, only gives the features of adding permission who can edit or delete that, but anyone can view it. This thing sometime, not a good thing, because if we want to lock some processes or folder that only respective developer can access it, that can't be possible in boomi.

3. Also, it provides limited document memory to test in its canvas/playground, so sometimes quite difficult to do unit test in certain processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
