Initially our work force struggled with it but once it was in system it was super good to work. Users can be guided through "perspectives" - but customization reaches quick its limits and users are a little afraid of the standard interface. Developing workflows in the UI is a NIGHTMARE, please redesign to work like an SSIS package or Snaplogic pipeline.
