What problems is BloomText solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sending, receiving, and communicating about medical orders and referrals traditionally rely on faxing and calling between clinics/companies. These methods leave room for errors with receipt, timeliness, comprehension, and ultimately slow down the care process for patients.

Using bloomtext to replace faxing and calling has made it easier to receive/send referrals and track them on-demand and enabled lightning-fast turnaround times for edits, updates, and questions for medical orders.

Secondly, communicating with patients traditionally relies on a lot of phone calls -- voicemails, hold times, callbacks, missed calls, and general consumption of time spent on the phone with people are often productivity killers.

BloomText has enabled my team and me to communicate with many patients instantly, simultaneously, securely, and without delay. This has created a greater care experience for patients and saved my team time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
