Using bloomtext to replace faxing and calling has made it easier to receive/send referrals and track them on-demand and enabled lightning-fast turnaround times for edits, updates, and questions for medical orders.
Secondly, communicating with patients traditionally relies on a lot of phone calls -- voicemails, hold times, callbacks, missed calls, and general consumption of time spent on the phone with people are often productivity killers.
