The ease of use and the support from the team are outstanding. I’ve never seen anything like it from a business. They understand the barriers to security and have removed them, so you can have secure emails without 17 extra steps. When I hadn’t set it up quite correctly, I received an email and was able to schedule a free meeting with an incredibly helpful member of the Paubox team. It took only a couple of minutes, and it was super easy—honestly, even pleasant. Everything else out there feels too complex and too complicated to be truly effective with clients, but not Paubox. Automatic HIPAA-compliant email encryption, so I can safely email things like appt reminders, intake forms, tx coordination with other providers, and clinical info when appropriate. No portals or passwords for clients, therefore no confusion for clients, fewer tech questions, and higher likelihood clients actually read my emails. It works well with my email I already use, has a built-in BAA, extra protection against phishing and breaches, and overall gives me confidence and security as a private practice owner. Not true end-to-end encryption, so it is not zero-access or full end-to-end encryption like some alternatives, which means the email still exists in inboxes, and control over the message ends after delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Paubox becuase as a Licensed Professional Counselor, clients like to email back and forth often, and Paubox help me to ensure my clients that emails are protected, HIPPA compliant. For my business, Cortnee Counseling, I really value being able to integrate Paubox with an email server I prefer to use, like Outlook. I also appreciate that my clients don’t need any additional logins, while still maintaining HIPAA compliance. It's peace of mind knowing that my email communication is HIPAA compliant. I searched for a long time for a low cost, seamless and simple solution for our email encryption. Every time another office sent us an encrypted email we had to make a log in for a portal and it drove us all nuts. I didn't want to contribute to other offices having the same feelings when they received messages from our office. I looked at other products that required us to check buttons or monitor different settings every time we would send an email, but Paubox doesn't require any of this! You don't have to do anything out of the ordinary-It is so easy. If I didn't see the "encryption verified by paubox" at the bottom of every email, I wouldn't even recognize any barrier at all to retrieving and reading messages. It's a set it and forget it type of system and the set up is easy. Seamless integration with Gsuite. It's a hassle-free way for me and my therapy clients to communicate securely.

As of right now, I cannot think of anything about Paubox that I dislike; I would get concerned sometimes because I didn't see the "Secured by Paubox - HITRUST certified" signature when I sent out an email, but when I get a response, I see it in the email thread. It is easy to understand and to navigate the interface. Also, any interaction that we have had with a Paubox representative has been possitive even if they weren't able to immediately resolve an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
