Second Measure is very expensive. There's also a long lag time. One pain point is that I have to download the data and process it in a separate Excel sheet my team created every time we want to update our intelligence. It's not super accurate, so we have to manually process and there's no automated way to do this without sharing our data with them. However, the biggest pain point I've encountered is that account managers are not very responsive and don't take ownership over the data they provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
