I really like Bizcompass as it serves as an ecosystem for organizations, connecting all modules under one roof. The dynamic workflows and accountability features are great, letting me see decision-making processes and supporting multiple organizations. The pricing is notably cheaper, yet it includes top-notch features for all modules. I particularly enjoy the Recruitment Module, which covers all key aspects of hiring, including hiring costs. The Project Management feature impresses me with its ability to calculate project cost reports based on salaries. Dynamic salary comparisons and the Employee 360 Board are useful, and the rewards and recognition model with a pointing system based on employee behavioral patterns is unique. The user-oriented mobile app is special, handling day-to-day operations, communications, customer follow-ups, tasks, and it even includes geo-fencing and location tracking, which I find unique. The initial setup was smooth thanks to the dedicated implementation team and the support provided by Bizcompass, along with import options for migrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
