**What do you like best about Beyond Software?**

I like the customization ability of this software the best. It is built to our needs. The timesheet feature is easy to use and setup additional projects. It would be nice if we were able to send out auto reminders on timesheets though. Also, the support team is great! They respond quickly in a very kind and courteous manner.

**What do you dislike about Beyond Software?**

We originally intended to use the import/export feature to integrate with QuickBooks, but the Beyond did not accept the import well. Also, when entering data sometimes the system will bring up a different selection than intended even after selecting the one you wanted. Not sure why this happens once in a while, but you need to pay attention. It may be from entering too fast.

**Recommendations to others considering Beyond Software:**

If looking to integrate this software be prepared. We intended to use the export/import feature with QuickBooks and the system did not accept properly. This is a very manual system hence great for small business.

**What problems is Beyond Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Beyond for our project revenue tracking and time using the timesheet module. The reporting feature is very customizable which had helped us overcome some hurdles.
