I like the customization ability of this software the best. It is built to our needs. The timesheet feature is easy to use and setup additional projects. It would be nice if we were able to send out auto reminders on timesheets though. Also, the support team is great! They respond quickly in a very kind and courteous manner. We originally intended to use the import/export feature to integrate with QuickBooks, but the Beyond did not accept the import well. Also, when entering data sometimes the system will bring up a different selection than intended even after selecting the one you wanted. Not sure why this happens once in a while, but you need to pay attention. It may be from entering too fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
