The first thing I like about the tool is we can run code without setting up servers, i.e., having serverless architecture. It can support many languages like java, python, etc. It dramatically reduces your old infrastructure cost & complexity in operations. It's a run-on pay-as-you-go model. As mentioned earlier tool supports serverless architecture, so having all the limitations as that of serverless architecture. AWS lambda is not persistent. We liked the fact that we don't have to spin up and setup server instances on our backend. AWS Lamda not only lets us run our automation python scripts but we don't have to pay for a constantly running instance.
