**What do you like best about Apty?**

We've internally branded Apty as 'Alfred' - a little helper we've integrated into ServiceNow, Workday, and Salesforce. During the time of implementation, we had a ton of incredibly positive feedback, as it was finally teaching our user base how to use our SaaS software the *right* way. It has streamlined how we implement new workflow processes and has greatly assisted not only our non-technical users, but also our back-end corporate teams to help be reminded how to perform certain tasks.

There was a lot of work put into our onboarding experience, primarily when it has to do with benefits. In Workday, the process is long and arduous and can take many hours to complete start-to-finish. With Apty in place, we reduced our call volume of benefits-related questions (during onboarding & open enrollment) by 60%. We have seen continued success with Apty.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

For sites with a ton of complexity or bespoke web solutions on their site, Apty can have a hard time identifying the right elements to attach to. It sometimes is also a bit challenging to use for larger processes, both from the administration/maintenance perspective and initial implementation.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It primarily is being used to help users learn and/or adopt our web-based software solutions - ServiceNow, Workday, and Salesforce. It lessens the number of questions by new hires by a substantial amount.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

Ability to communicate directly and instantly with our Users for system updates and feature enhancements via announcements, "quick-hit" training videos, and workflows.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

I can't say this is a dislike because I'm not sure of alternative.  We use Apty mostly in our custom-built apps and there are some instances where we need Apty's support to help us build some workflows.  Apty support and guidance has been great, so this is just a minor inconvenience.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Apty, one of our biggest challenges was communicating updates to our internally-built software systems to our users out in the field.  We relied on email, which just didn't work.  Now we KNOW our users see the update notices and most of the time we provide "quick-hit" videos (1-2 minutes) and/or workflows that take users through the updates and changes.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

As an administrator, I appreciate Apty’s ease of use and quick setup process. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making it simple to create and manage content. From a user perspective, the in-app guidance and walkthroughs are clear, helpful, and enhance the overall experience. Additionally, I would like to thank Mamatha for the smooth support during and after setup, making the entire implementation process even more seamless.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

So far, I have not encountered any significant issues or drawbacks with Apty. The platform has met my expectations in terms of functionality and ease of use. If any challenges arise in the future, I trust that Apty’s support team will address them promptly.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apty helps ensure our agents consistently follow important processes and do not overlook critical steps when serving customers. By providing timely guidance and reminders within our applications, Apty reduces errors, improves compliance, and supports smoother customer interactions. This has led to increased efficiency, better service quality, and greater confidence among our agents.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

Being able to implement helpful content for users to help improve quality of work submitted or productivity. Also like the help that in hand via Gagan being able to assist us when ever we need help coding a specific announcement or tool tip

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

Sometimes the linking to an element can be a bit off or just will not stick as expected and will need some custom script made to implement what was originaly envisioned. But i will say the help when required is very good and quick.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a processes which cause a lot of queries to fill up specific inboxes and by applying announcemnts, tool tips and worksflow to properly educate our users in teh correct processes this has help to reduce queries.

Apty makes it easier for growing teams to stay aligned. As we added new tools and team members, Apty helped ensure everyone had access to in-app support, onboarding steps, and guidance tailored to their role.

Some custom workflows needed extra configuration to get the guides working seamlessly, but their support team was helpful and responsive.

As we scaled quickly, we struggled to keep documentation updated and training consistent. Apty provided a flexible framework to support our team as we grew, without needing to build out a large training function.

Initially, there were some hiccups and few
minor things didn’t work as expected on some
of our older internal systems, but Apty’s team Quickly patched it

Apty gave us a structured way to roll out changes without overwhelming users. When we updated our ServiceNow workflows, Apty’s walkthroughs made the transition seamless.

We’d like to see a few more templates for change communication built into the platform, but we were able to customize what we needed.

Our IT team used to get flooded with queries every time a new feature or update was released. With Apty, we now guide users through those changes proactively, reducing frustration and chaos.

We really like the ease of use of the application (there is a somewhat steep learning curve) and the support we received from the implementation team and ongoing support. The end users are grateful for the functionality we deployed as we now have developed tooltips, guided workflows and created links for all of our supprt documentation in one place.

Some of the features are quite techy and we do need support from Apty to implement.

We deployed over Ariba and Concur, both systems we have received feedback that they are "too financey" or "not intuitive", deploy Apty has reduced that gap.

Apty gave us control over how users interact with our tools. By guiding them through exact steps with validations, we’ve seen a huge drop in process errors—especially in finance and procurement.

Some complex flows require a bit of planning to break into smaller tasks for walkthroughs, but that’s more of a learning curve than a flaw.

Apty helped us eliminate the guesswork from onboarding. Whether someone joins in Marketing or Customer Support, they get the same clear experience without needing live trainers.

It would be great to have a library of onboarding templates by role or department. We built our own, but some examples would’ve accelerated setup.

We used to rely on inconsistent team-level onboarding, which led to knowledge gaps. With Apty, we've built a centralized onboarding flow and reduced ramp-up time by over 40%.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

Apty is excellent for user adoption, training, and onboarding. The tool makes it easy to develop workflows and the like, which makes development turnaround very fast-paced. In addition, it's very simplistic to use from the end-user and developer perspective since Apty lives in the browser as an extension. I couldn't imagine a better product in this realm. I would highly recommend it to any team that struggles with user acceptance, training, onboarding and/or process alignment.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

There isn't much to dislike. Previous complaints about the software have been wholly addressed and now exceed expectations.

**Recommendations to others considering Apty:**

If you are unsure about Apty, request a demo. Their teams are EXCELLENT and can answer any questions you may have. Apty is the best tool I've experienced which aids in adoption, training, and SOP alignment across any web application.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems we're solving revolve around user acceptance, user training, business SOP alignment, and system adoption. We've realized that even with hands-on training, folks do tend to forget some of the specifics surrounding tasks. Apty solves that by always being available for use.

Thanks to the training and education from Apty's dedicated and knowledgable team, I feel confident in our team's ability to manage existing and future implementations going forward. Additionally, the breadth and depth of Apty's analytics provides us with unparlleled insights into user activity that has and will continue to directly inform key business decisions.

A few aspects of the tool are less reliable than others, which required us to utilize more intricate solutions that may be harder to replicate in the future.

Low user adoption -- Makes processes easier for users, reducing the number of support tickets and time spent addressing them.
Poor data quality -- Less rework needed.
Communications -- Best way we've found to reach our users with announcements.

The tool is one which anyone without any technical knowledge can get started and you can have your first few workflows implemented in a matter of few minutes.
Can be integrated into your page with a few lines of Javascript

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

Sometimes the tool get's a little glitchy but usually recovers. 
You also have an option to transalte the workflows but this needs to be manually done would like to it be auto translated.

I like the interface, it is intuitive to implement and integrate into an existing system and helpful, also modular to enable interfacing with multiple different sorts of domains. It's useable often and there is good support when issues arise.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

Their asset export needs just a teeny bit of work, occasionally a screenshot will be missing in an export, but overall very minimal quibble for a solid platform.

Apty is an easy to use software, with an excellent Customer Success team and rapid support. They also provide best practices and recommendations based on use cases and problems that we want to solve for, which help the ideation and I don't feel like I have to figure everything out.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

DAPs are hard. Creating content requires good zooming in on issues and problems. Good content design is both art and science just like good instruction or psychology, which is highly underappreciated and valued in the technology, adoption, and change management space.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apty is helping us with onboarding and change management. 
With Apty, we can avoid the training cost and LMD documentation.
We are able to leverage the data to measure software utilization and measure how our users and organizations use our software.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

I was apty workflow and entry point creator.I created more than 200 workflows and countless entry points. Its very user friendly to the developer as well as end user. its easy for implementation

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

For Entry point I was mostly using div elements, but the problem is page elements varied by user so its causing the issue most of the time.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it for end user training. Previously we use test scripts for to teach the customer and now through apty user learn themself very easily.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

After working with WalkMe in previous roles and vetting multiple DAPs to bring to my company, Apty is the best value. It does everything we need (walkthroughs, analytics) and the service we receive is excellent. Systems training at my company has improved greatly with Apty.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

There are some small enhancements that could be made to improve the content creator side (examples: alerts when a walkthrough breaks following a website update, more flexibility with split/jump steps), but this is very nitpicky.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Apty for internal Learning and Development and as a productivity booster for 5 commonly used websites within our company.

There is a good amount of customization available and I have received fantastic service from their team.

It can be difficult for less technical users to build content within oracle. The element selection feature is not as good as I have seen from other DAPS in oracle.

Apty has a lot of asset types available. You can use the type you need to match the message you need to communicate.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

It is not as integrated as I would like. Especially with the ability to edit text in various places. For example, tooltips must be edited in the studio.

The step-by-step instructions make it easy to understand different software. If you do end up getting stuck, the chat box is ready to assist you and get you back on track. The training offered by Apty is seamless and comprehensive, allowing a quick and easy adoption of new and changing platforms, which makes onboarding new employees much more effective.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

DAP is relatively young in terms of software categories, and it can be difficult to explain to someone who has never been introduced to the idea before - what it is, how it works, and the benefits it provides.

I like the interface for content creators, which helps new users quickly get used to building despite not having a technical background.  A simplified technical setup regarding the two browser extensions is also a plus.

UX experience when it comes time to testing is cumbersome; a lot of back and forth.

How it allows our associates with a self-paced training option on the actual system that they will be using.  
The multiple options of element grabbing, bubble placement, & overall flow options really creates an interactive, engaging training session for our Associates.  
I also appreciate the support we get from our APTY Team - Richa Singh, Niveditha Prabhakaran, & Shreya Ghosh are phenominal. 
I also love the multiple options of exporting a workflow; we've attached the PDF version to our SOP's and have created many videos for associates that will not have APTY in their remote locations.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

It would be nice to have different voices for the APTY Videos other than Joanna & Salli.  They're both very robotic and pronounce some words worse than Google Maps.  Can we get Sean Connery in there somehow, or perhaps Morgan Freeman?  
When adding a Workflow to a Checklist, it'd also be nice for the list to be in alphabetical order.  It is super frustrating to have to scroll through that list to find a workflow.
The floating element grid is 3x3, for some of the workflows we've created, we found that a 5x5 grid would've been more suited to our needs.

It's given us the opportunity to train our Associates on the actual system and screens that they'll be using.  
APTY also allows us to ability to not have a Trainer hover with the Trainee the entire time.  
The tracking capabilities gives us vision of what is & isn't working for our people.

What I find the most useful about the tool is it's flexibility. At times when we are creating content for our customers the tools at our disposal through apty really help the experience we are trying to create.

I wouldn't say dislike but something we are working on together to solidify is the analytics. D.A.P. analytics can be so broad, vast, and vague that it can be cumbersome to figure out what works best in this area. It's a work in progress.

It's tricky to make the most of it, particularly in the early stages of adoption. The support team are great, but it can be challenging to know what support can be asked for if we're unaware of what's possible.

Apty helps us reach out to our customers to let them know of what's new, what's coming up and how they can interact with the application. As a partner, it is occasionally difficult to figure out how to position the partnership with a company like Apty that is still in its infancy.  There are a lot of "new" people at the company and it feels like they are at a growth crossroads where more structure might impact the flexibility and simplicity of their platform.

Apty is a great application that has transformed the way new clients onboard and recieve training on ExpoGenie. Although we are extremely pleased with the platform, we are even more ecstatic with the level of service provided by the implementation team, Mukul and Madhuri. They helped to build out all of our critical workflows, managed our changes and helped us go live in less than 4 weeks. I've worked with other software vendors and the Apty Customer Success team was far superior. I would absolutely recommend them.

So far there arent many things to dislike. The application is very easy to use. The Customer Success team is extremely helpful, quick to respond and proactive. Unfortunately, I cant think of any areas to improve just yet.

The studio editor is easy to use when the element selection is working, and their customer experience/support team has been great.  We also love that you can customize the theme of our widgets, tooltips, etc.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

Issues with Microsoft CRM integration and their developers are working overseas, which causes some difficulty with timezones. They are VERY helpful when available (Subham has been great), but if/when you experience problems in the US, you'll typically need to wait until the following day for a response. Also dislike the lacking ability to save content to a library. For example, Worflow Steps. You have to either keep recreating the same step in multiple workflows, or you have to save a workflow and keep making copies of it. They need to enhance their software by offering a library/repository so that users can upload/save images/content and save Steps/Workflow templates for frequently used content.

We have been able to enhance our onboarding/training experience for new hires, as well as our process standardization for key initiatives in our CRM (e.g. funnel managament)

Love the walkthrough features and the ability to display specific tips to user types. The fact that I am able to edit most features without having any real coding experience is a huge plus to allow our engineers to focus on product development and let the customer experience team build out this platform.

Really want better customization of things like the "Need Help" widget including location. Also really want more mobile functionality which would be helped by the widget customization as well.

Great platform for getting your users started in using the platform. In researching other DAP, we decided on this one primarily because of functionality and ease of use combined with the price. 

If your product is more customizable, Apty is limited in giving more conditional tips based on a users needs. This can be accomlished through segmentation, but becomes much more complicated to set-up.

One thing that is a little frustrating is getting past the Apty pop-up widgets. Sometimes the pop-up widgets are in the way of tabs that need to be selected. As a result, the tabs are harder to select. However, this may not be an Apty issue, rather a Clarity issue :)

Easy-to-navigate workflows make it easy for new users to complete tasks. 
Customizations in the Admin portal are simple.
The product team is supportive of complex requirements.
Support is available for workflow customization if in case the system UI has some upgrades.

We had issues with extension distribution for our end users following articles but that's fixed now.
Users can't go back to the previous step and needs to start again.
Guide steps appear abruptly at wrong positions if the previously used workflow is not closed or completed.
