This is a solution that my company has needed for a long time. We received demonstrations from multiple DAP companies and working with APTY just felt right. Customer support through the onboarding process has been amazing!

Nothing so far, everything we've asked for they have produced or offered a solution that better fits our needs.

Our customers required a lot of onsite support when we onboarded to our platform, APTY will help us grow faster by allow on-screen guidance for the simply processes without our platform.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

DAP is the way to go for increasing adoption as well as improve user knowledge of software features. 

APTY keeps the content creation process simple and direct. It also comes with custom scripting capabilities, so if your software is more complex, you will still have the means to work around it with a custom script.

Last but not least, the customer success team is committed to addressing all your queries regarding the tool.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

Upgrading the Studio requires new download and installation. As DAP is a space that will continue to evolve, the upgrading process can be made simpler.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continuous training and support, especially for new hire onboarding.
Also great for making announcements or introducing hidden product features for the audience

Sometimes it may require engine tuning which involves IT supports and a bit of knowledge of coding. But Apty has a top-notch CS team that went above and beyond for solutions.

Providing in-time, on-demand, and in-app guides for users, which greatly reduced the opportunity cost and increased the new application adoption rate and speed.

Building the information into the system for company use is a bit confusing until you are comfortable with it.

A system moving to the Cloud and it is changing the look and feel so this will replace the need for training.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

Apty is an excellent self-guided training tool for end-users of any system.  You have a ton of flexibility to create new workflows, and the customer care from your Apty representative is personal and constant.  Your rep also does a great job of training you to fix issues and add flows and let you know they are there to assist at any time.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

Every once in a while, the flows break, but it is still something you can let your rep know about and they can fix the issue quickly if you are unable to.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hope is to allow users to have self-guided training and FAQs at their fingertips instead of reaching out to support.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

Very knowledgeable support team.  They were able to even create some customizations specifically for us.  It's effortless from the implementation point of developers and the developers don't have to actually do much at all in order for us to have the tutorials.  Several people at my company can now easily manage the tutorials, text, placement, wording, etc.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

They are based in India, but do work during USA working hours.  Everyone speaks English well, but some do have an accent that might be a little hard to understand if you're not familiar with it.  The tool itself does have a learning curve, but they also have training sessions prepared to help you learn it.

**Recommendations to others considering Apty:**

Work with Apty support to create a custom solution to fill your business needs when it comes to creating training totorials for your websites or web based software.  You could try to do this on your own with other software, but why spend so much time, when it can be streamlined with Apty and they can help you get there quckly.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our software is complex, and can be overwhelming for new users.  By usign Apty, we can create walkthrough tutorials to help our users get familiar with the system both in a step-by-step manner as well as automatically creating training videos based on the content of the tutorials

**What do you like best about Apty?**

Customer service is excellent. I can count on their help and fast response when problems arise.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

With each new release of the software, there is a bit of uncertainty in the stability of new features. Requires more attention than preferable with each new switch. Also, our tools are more complex than your standard website and that requires more work and work-arounds than expected when first acquirying a third-party onboarding tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Apty:**

If you plan to use Apty for your employee onboarding in the standard products such as Salesforce and similar, go for it 100% - the workflows are standard and it should be an easy deployment - their customer service is excellent. If you are using it for end-user onboarding, make sure you have a clear vision of what you want the users to see and how the flow should go. Make sure your architecture is suitable for Apty to work with. Also, for my EU/EEA peers. think about the privacy policy. That being said, I believe Apty will be at your service to help you  meet your goals.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End-user onboarding for our complex tools. It helps us introduce core features and promote specific ones that we believe can benefit our users. It has helped us contact the non-paying users that don't go through the typical customer journey.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

After being in technology for almost 15 years, I have seen many software implementations fail.   Recently we found Apty as a need for a internal built software enablement, and it has far exceeded our expectations.  The capabillties, ease of deployment, and back end analytics are like nothing we have ever seen in other solutions.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

We have not found any negatives so far.  Customer support is top notch!

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We deployed Apty to support clients using our homegrown software, to increase the speed in which they can onboard with our software.  So far, it has really reduced the time in which it takes users to get accustomed to the software.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

Users often struggle with new systems and in turn, productivity and morale take hits. 
Apty addresses these challenges with a proven solution that provides in-context assistance and guidance without expensive and time-consuming modifications to the core application.

I can’t think of anything negative. You just have to be aware that it's a web-based application and doesn’t work for desktop applications.

With Apty, users are guided to the specific item they require and Apty will validate that entered data is in line with what the application requires.

In fact Apty provides the essential "smarts" that all to often missing from or are to expensive to implement on Enterprise level web and cloud applications.

After Apty, your users become more efficient and productive. The usage of analytics provide invaluable insights that can be displayed on dashboards or provide the basis for additional guidance, workflows, and automation bots.

Can be tedious to use at times with creating the self-guided learnings for a user. This is getting better as there is more documentation for training of our users.

Apty really helps with bringing new users on board.  They can use the self-guided trainings we create rather than creating any trainings on our own separately. Saves us time!

User Education has never been this effective & easy. Apty has all the functionalities that we need to train our users to fully understand and leverage the software. This is an investment you will not regret as it helps you understand your users with nuanced data & insights on how they use your product. This will help you cater to their needs better and improve user satisfaction. It’s a win-win.

Just the fact that we did not discover Apty sooner. We really could have saved a lot of time & money.

I really love the native-looking interface and the tooltips are great. It really helps identify where the problem in the onboarding is (as opposed to competitors) during the trial.
I really feel that Apty gives you insight as to where users are struggling with onboarding (not just how).
I also found it to be really helpful in helping me understand how many people are in a particular process  and  know where to target users (identify the problem) by segmenting user groups

ALL about contextual training and it really guides the users. It was a super easy set-up and I occasionally use the OKR feature to manage and track my goals.

nothing, I really enjoy using apty and hope to continue using it.

I like how customizable Apty is. Being able to add different languages, segmentation, and having descriptive analytics is great.

I do wish there was additional functionality, such as being able to add 2 actions to 1 step. There are still some bugs as well, such as the full screen mode not working, even when the option is selected.

Three words that best describe Apty in a nutshell are
Uncomplicated, Robust and Impactful. The system is easy to
deploy, to learn as well as to use. It is robust whether you use it
for a team of 100 employees or 10000. It is built to scale! And
you will immediately realize how capable the system is in getting
adoption levels up.
Plus, you don’t need to know codes to get started with Apty!

Highly recommend Apty for anyone who is looking to increase
their Salesforce Adoption rates. Their support is also incredible.

Apty has helped us increase user adoption rates of Salesforce,
quickly and quite simply. We have seen a great uptick in how
actively users now engage with the software as compared to
before. Considering how complex Salesforce can get, Apty has

it but also actively adopt it.

The data-driven information about users is hands down one of the most valuable aspect of Apty. From a Salesforce administrator perspective, users of Salesforce are not often candid about their issues using functions or processes. Apty eliminate the need for that sort of specific user feedback. We are able to create walk thrus based on the metrics measured from Apty's dashboard. 

Additionally, I love that the core functionality of Apty is an overlay of Salesforce and the Partner Community in Salesforce allowing the users to get an interactive experience on any page. This eliminates some of the limitations for self-service in Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

There are not any dislikes known at this time. We are still early in the development process.

Scalable user training and end-user insights and adoption.

Great service! Relatively quick implementation and turnaround on requests. Startup pricing makes it affordable for new companies that need a straightforward solution to application workflows and built-in learning centers.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

The backend UI is quite clunky, requiring you to toggle between a web app and installed app. Customization is more limited than what was expected from a tool like this.

Apty wants their customer to be successful and will go to great lengths to ensure you are having a good experience. One added benefit to working with them is you will get the opportunity to shape their product.

We needed to startup-friendly platform to host announcements, training workflows, tooltips, and a knowledge base, and Apty meets all of these requirements. Our customers seem to interact easily with the platform, making it relatively easy for them to adopt our technology.

Flexibility in the platform do to a variety of functions.  Ease of use and allows us to put this platform on top of some of our ERP's.

Early in using the platform so nothing at the moment.

This platform addresses many different issues in the market such as onboarding, training, change management, automation and support.

Apty is definitely among the Top 3 Onboarding software which I highly recommend. 
The fact that while they make our in-house support teams almost redundant, their own support team is ALWAYS there to guide you with any doubt or help you need. It’s amazing how much time & effort we now save, thanks to Apty.

It is not really a negative thing, but for a growing company of their size I am really surprised that they provide impeccable 24/7 support. It is very impressive because this was something that I was quite skeptical about initially.

Initially, we were on the lookout for just an onscreen guidance tool. But the more we learned about Apty the more interested we got, because it is a complete solution

I’m just going to say that for all the amazing things that Apty has enabled us to do, I just wish it could somehow rollout email notifications to users that have unfinished workflows. I think that can really take things up a notch.

I’m pretty sure this feature doesn’t exist with any other product either, but it could be amazing if Apty could pull this off.

Features in the apply are really notable, I like all of the features and everything is helpful for the analytics part. Detailed analytics and insights are provided by Apty to help us know where our employees are stuck and how the overall process is moving.
Before Apty we never know where the employee is stuck and it took lot of time to resolve the issue, after this we are saving lot of time.
ToolTips provided are of great use. 
Customization of reports is also a great feature.

I don’t dislike anything, but the visualization of some reports could be improved and new visualization tools can be added for better understanding. Hoping this would be updated in future releases.

If you want to have detailed analytics and insights then Apty would be the right choice. This gives better visualization of the analytics data which helps in better understanding.
Apty even provides ToolTips which helps in better understanding the application and self resolution incase of any issue with the use of ToolTips.
Using Apty user management becomes much easier and time saving process, if you are wasting lot of time in user management then Apty would help you resolve this issue.

I’ve used other products like this at different companies and they were kind of a pain to set up. I was honestly pretty skeptical this one would be any better, but it is. The editor where you create Apty content is simple and doesn’t require a lot of custom coding or scripting to get it to do what you want - the same cannot be said for some of the other on-screen guidance tools.

It would be better if there were some best practice articles or other resources on how to use it with our ERP specifically.

They have numerous features for guidance and spport most of
which can be implemented immediately. The great point is they
are affordable and give high quality of support.

We faced some problems to create a few complex data
validations in a specific way but this was updated in their latest
version.

We were using it over our clarity PPM solution. The flow was

It's designed in such a way that it will help the user to navigate properly through various steps. So, it makes the process very easy for the user to understand it and complete it with the help of the Apty. All it needs just a browser extension and then it will automatically starts working.

One thing I dislike is that, user can't go back to the previous step. He/she needs to start the whole process again. Like here I used it with Salesforce and faced this issue.

It's the best in the market as of now. It properly guides and navigate the user to complete the whole process. I have used this for the Salesforce and to install it, all it needs a browser extension and started working automatically.
