The customer support service is exceptional, and works like an extension of the team. **What do you dislike about SynXis Property Hub?** It works slowly sometimes while updating bulk rate & inventory. The hotel I work for just switched to this platform & it's much more complex to the former NiteVision platform that I'm used to. **What do you dislike about SynXis Property Hub?** It's so overwhelming! This software can do so much it's really too much in my opinion. It's not as user friendly as other systems I've used & I've had trouble learning this system. **Recommendations to others considering SynXis Property Hub:** This program is huge & there is so much to learn. Utilize the training videos that come with the program. **What problems is SynXis Property Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were made to switch once our company was purchased by another corporation. I miss my old property hub platform. Synxis is costing me time with all of the huge amounts of learning needed to become completely comfortable with this program. ### 7.
