**What do you like best about Apty?**

Ability to communicate directly and instantly with our Users for system updates and feature enhancements via announcements, "quick-hit" training videos, and workflows.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

I can't say this is a dislike because I'm not sure of alternative.  We use Apty mostly in our custom-built apps and there are some instances where we need Apty's support to help us build some workflows.  Apty support and guidance has been great, so this is just a minor inconvenience.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Apty, one of our biggest challenges was communicating updates to our internally-built software systems to our users out in the field.  We relied on email, which just didn't work.  Now we KNOW our users see the update notices and most of the time we provide "quick-hit" videos (1-2 minutes) and/or workflows that take users through the updates and changes.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

We really like the ease of use of the application (there is a somewhat steep learning curve) and the support we received from the implementation team and ongoing support. The end users are grateful for the functionality we deployed as we now have developed tooltips, guided workflows and created links for all of our supprt documentation in one place.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

Some of the features are quite techy and we do need support from Apty to implement.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We deployed over Ariba and Concur, both systems we have received feedback that they are "too financey" or "not intuitive", deploy Apty has reduced that gap.

There is a good amount of customization available and I have received fantastic service from their team.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

It can be difficult for less technical users to build content within oracle. The element selection feature is not as good as I have seen from other DAPS in oracle.

We use Apty in conjunction with simulation-based learning to educate users on new enterprise software

**What do you like best about Apty?**

I like the interface for content creators, which helps new users quickly get used to building despite not having a technical background.  A simplified technical setup regarding the two browser extensions is also a plus.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

UX experience when it comes time to testing is cumbersome; a lot of back and forth. 

Below are critical tools that are missing or need improvement (I would like to see these additions and enhancements).  Current features are limiting our options for solutions.

-Automation and Automation Control
-Dynamic rule engine (More options, workflow completions, specific page load, if/then statements, etc..)
-Auto triggers (Related to Rule Engine, i.e. Specific page load, removing the reliance on triggers such as: Launchers, Menu Widget, and Announcement Button)

**What do you like best about Apty?**

What I find the most useful about the tool is it's flexibility. At times when we are creating content for our customers the tools at our disposal through apty really help the experience we are trying to create.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

I wouldn't say dislike but something we are working on together to solidify is the analytics. D.A.P. analytics can be so broad, vast, and vague that it can be cumbersome to figure out what works best in this area. It's a work in progress.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The analytics, amongst other request. Our goal is to create the best content for our clients. Together we are working to make that experience the best it can be.

Apty is very helpful for providing demonstrations on how to complete workflows and tasks, and as such is a real help for training fellow employees.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

There are a lot of updates that don't necessarily mesh with our LMS, meaning we often have to reset or repeat work-flows

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apty assists with explaining how to accomplish tasks that are simple, but somewhat specialized. I would say that it saves us a fair bit of time in explaining how to accomplish these tasks.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

Knowing that, with a little initial prompting, our users readily access support at their fingertips. This app reduces our support overheads and helps us to introduce new capabilities, highlighting features without reference to extensive release notes.
The support team are very responsive too.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

It's tricky to make the most of it, particularly in the early stages of adoption. The support team are great, but it can be challenging to know what support can be asked for if we're unaware of what's possible.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small customer support team but a large customer base. Apty helps us reach out to our customers to let them know of what's new, what's coming up and how they can interact with the application. When needed, we've been able to include links that point towards our knowledgebase, meaning out previous support resources have not gone to waste.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

The studio editor is easy to use when the element selection is working, and their customer experience/support team has been great.  We also love that you can customize the theme of our widgets, tooltips, etc.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

Issues with Microsoft CRM integration and their developers are working overseas, which causes some difficulty with timezones. They are VERY helpful when available (Subham has been great), but if/when you experience problems in the US, you'll typically need to wait until the following day for a response. Also dislike the lacking ability to save content to a library. For example, Worflow Steps. You have to either keep recreating the same step in multiple workflows, or you have to save a workflow and keep making copies of it. They need to enhance their software by offering a library/repository so that users can upload/save images/content and save Steps/Workflow templates for frequently used content.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to enhance our onboarding/training experience for new hires, as well as our process standardization for key initiatives in our CRM (e.g. funnel managament)

Apty is incredibly helpful for new employees to get familiar with processes in our project management software.  The workflows and tooltips have been essential for our workforce.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

The only downside to Apty was the learning curve of first building out the application to work with our project management tool.  Apty had a great support system to help through those challenges.

**Recommendations to others considering Apty:**

Apty is a great tool to assist people learning new software or to help users who don't have to use an application often.  It's a tool that helps end-users be more independent with new or unfamiliar applications/software.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The largest issue that Apty has helped with is onboarding.  The tool has allowed new employees to become more independent faster with our systems and processes thanks to workflows, validations, tooltips, etc.

DAP is the way to go for increasing adoption as well as improve user knowledge of software features. 

APTY keeps the content creation process simple and direct. It also comes with custom scripting capabilities, so if your software is more complex, you will still have the means to work around it with a custom script.

Last but not least, the customer success team is committed to addressing all your queries regarding the tool.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

Upgrading the Studio requires new download and installation. As DAP is a space that will continue to evolve, the upgrading process can be made simpler.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continuous training and support, especially for new hire onboarding.
Also great for making announcements or introducing hidden product features for the audience

Customer service is excellent. I can count on their help and fast response when problems arise.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

With each new release of the software, there is a bit of uncertainty in the stability of new features. Requires more attention than preferable with each new switch. Also, our tools are more complex than your standard website and that requires more work and work-arounds than expected when first acquirying a third-party onboarding tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Apty:**

If you plan to use Apty for your employee onboarding in the standard products such as Salesforce and similar, go for it 100% - the workflows are standard and it should be an easy deployment - their customer service is excellent. If you are using it for end-user onboarding, make sure you have a clear vision of what you want the users to see and how the flow should go. Make sure your architecture is suitable for Apty to work with. Also, for my EU/EEA peers. think about the privacy policy. That being said, I believe Apty will be at your service to help you  meet your goals.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End-user onboarding for our complex tools. It helps us introduce core features and promote specific ones that we believe can benefit our users. It has helped us contact the non-paying users that don't go through the typical customer journey.

Great customer service! Always willing to help if I have a question.  Easy to integrate into our system and smooth processes to make updates! Really glad we bought this.

Can be tedious to use at times with creating the self-guided learnings for a user. This is getting better as there is more documentation for training of our users.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apty really helps with bringing new users on board.  They can use the self-guided trainings we create rather than creating any trainings on our own separately. Saves us time!

I like how customizable Apty is. Being able to add different languages, segmentation, and having descriptive analytics is great.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

I do wish there was additional functionality, such as being able to add 2 actions to 1 step. There are still some bugs as well, such as the full screen mode not working, even when the option is selected.

Great service! Relatively quick implementation and turnaround on requests. Startup pricing makes it affordable for new companies that need a straightforward solution to application workflows and built-in learning centers.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

The backend UI is quite clunky, requiring you to toggle between a web app and installed app. Customization is more limited than what was expected from a tool like this.

Apty wants their customer to be successful and will go to great lengths to ensure you are having a good experience. One added benefit to working with them is you will get the opportunity to shape their product.

We needed to startup-friendly platform to host announcements, training workflows, tooltips, and a knowledge base, and Apty meets all of these requirements. Our customers seem to interact easily with the platform, making it relatively easy for them to adopt our technology.

Speedy and reactive UI, modern look and feel, great Support team, great Implementation Engineers, receptive Product team. Priyanka is an amazing asset to the Apty team. We are fortunate to have Amit on our side pushing for our critical enhancement requests and bug fixes.

Can be difficult to edit workflows at times having to navigate between an app and various browser extensions as well as web app.

If something is not happening via self service, their service team is very reactive and super helpful.

Apty is a complete package that exceeds all expectations. It is possibly the only one which goes way beyond the typical functions of a DAP and surprisingly easy throughout for a tool with such strong capabilities. An intelligent software adoption product that helps you answer the right questions by helping you understand user behavior before you design a remedy for adoption!

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

More a suggestion that would make this product a more complete – I wish there were more styling options or customizations available for the announcements.

little effort and personalization of user experience on our
systems, also appreciate the quality of support.

Apty is adding great features very rapidly, way too quick for our
organizations ability to deploy.

Cool features and simple deployment makes it easy

We use Apty to ensure all users are fluent with our systems and
also to improve certain processes relating to business. Apty has
been crucial in helping us drastically increase our user adoption

**What do you like best about Apty?**

It's designed in such a way that it will help the user to navigate properly through various steps. So, it makes the process very easy for the user to understand it and complete it with the help of the Apty. All it needs just a browser extension and then it will automatically starts working. 

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

One thing I dislike is that, user can't go back to the previous step. He/she needs to start the whole process again. Like here I used it with Salesforce and faced this issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Apty:**

It's the best in the market as of now. It properly guides and navigate the user to complete the whole process. I have used this for the Salesforce and to install it, all it needs a browser extension and started working automatically.

Currently, I am using it on salesforce org and one internal organization app. And it really helps, specially for the new user to understand the navigation processes.

**What do you like best about Apty?**

I have used other solutions in the past. Though they were good
but Apty is even better. The reason is it’s editor. It’s a lot easier
to use. No coding or scripting is required.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

There was small issue in the deployment which delayed the initial
release but handled well by their customer success team and was
rectified immediately.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run it on one of our web-based applications. Apty integrates
seamlessly. Users can find the help they need inside the
application whenever they get stuck and it guides them through
the process.

Apty is intuitive. It’s easy to create walkthroughs. They have a great support team and on top of that they are open to opinions and they customize the product per your needs.

**What do you dislike about Apty?**

We had some loading issue, but this issue was resolved instantly and was never encountered again.

**What problems is Apty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Apty for onboarding. It’s saved our team a lot of time since we don’t have to create training material. We can export the Apty walkthrough to our LMS and create documentation from the system.
