"Product Adoption and Usage"

What do you like best?

The low cost of acquisition and implementation of Apty was a no-brainer, especially since we were able to get benefits of the system from day 1. New users were quickly able to learn and navigate complex touch-points on multiple pages with ease. Apty provided us with complete end-to-end usage metrics to see insights into how the system was being utilized and users were running into issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Would like to see a user community group in my region. There was considerable interest in users wanting this for other internal systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Encouraging and tracking digital adoption of newly launched software tools. Cost savings on having to create and deliver static training content for rollout, as well as when new employees join or new features are released, are huge. We can put everything they need to know right in the tool, and then track which users are engaged not only with the software tool but also with our training modules and workflows.
