# Does Apty Support multiple applications?  Is there flexibility to link between applications?

We have one Apty account and use it on two separate platforms. Physical links to other platforms can be done by use of 'Launchers' or by including links to the 'other' application from within a walkthrough or announcement.

Yes!   Apty supports cross-application linking – meaning a user can start a workflow in one application and complete the task in another. 

For example, if you needed to update a customer’s record in Salesforce and then open a ticket in ServiceNow, the guided workflow would automatically take you from Salesforce to ServiceNow and continue to show you where to click and what to do next.
